What makes Ripped Straps different from regular suspension trainers?
Unlike standard suspension trainers with fixed foot cradles or handle loops, Ripped Straps use swappable attachment points — you clip in your own rope attachment, straight bar, or barbell for upper body work. This lets you use the straps as a platform for cable-style exercises rather than only bodyweight suspension movements.
How do the built-in door anchors work?
The door anchor loops over the top of a standard door, then the door is closed to secure it. For lower anchor points (rows, chest press), you can partially open the door and position the strap at the desired height.
How do I use these with the Squat Harness?
Connect one strap to each attachment point on the Squat Harness and anchor both straps at the desired height using the door anchors or a rack. This allows loaded squat variations, rows, and other movements with the harness providing torso support.
