The Squat Harness Core-Saber is a 12-inch knurled aluminum rotational training bar with a rotating axis, nylon pulley strap, and carabiner. Rated to 120 lb. Compatible with resistance bands, cable pulleys, and flywheel machines.
• Bar: 12-inch knurled aluminum
• Maximum load: 120 lb
• Mechanism: rotating axis with nylon pulley strap for natural wrist and arm rotation
• In box: rotating bar, nylon pulley strap, carabiner
• Compatible with: resistance bands, cable pulleys, flywheel machines
• Sports application: golf, tennis, baseball, rowing
What's included with the Core Saber and do I need to buy anything else to use it?
The Core Saber includes the 12-inch knurled aluminum rotating bar, a nylon pulley strap, and a carabiner — everything needed to connect to a resistance band or cable pulley and start training immediately.
What's the purpose of the rotating axis on the bar?
The rotating axis allows the bar to spin relative to the pulley strap during exercises so your wrists and forearms can rotate naturally through the movement — important for rotational power exercises where fixed-bar grips restrict the natural arc and create wrist strain.
Is this only for athletes or can anyone use it?
Anyone can use it — the 120 lb load capacity and adjustable resistance (depending on your band or cable stack setting) makes it accessible for general fitness training. Athletes in rotational sports get the most sport-specific benefit, but core rotational training is valuable for all fitness levels.
How is this different from a cable rotation exercise with a standard handle?
A standard handle fixes your grip position and doesn't allow natural wrist rotation during athletic movements. The Core-Saber's rotating bar and extended nylon strap geometry creates a movement path that more closely replicates the biomechanics of swinging, throwing, and pulling in multi-plane patterns.
