Puzzling online shopping experience

1. After placing the order I was expecting a confirmation but No! Nothing! Weird! Suspicious!
2. Getting back on their website the cart was not updated and it showed differently multiple times and finally the cart was empty.
3. Why I visited the website multiple times? There's No responses from the Live Chat at all even nothing the next day. Isn't it ironic? So I started to decide the order cancellation based on 1 & 2.
3. No responses for the previous messages or processing the cancellation.
And the transaction is pending through the coming Monday. Otherwise no signs of updates on the order from them.

Good customer response when I mentioned that I submitted the wrong address for delivery, however, after I was told my address was corrected, it did not change on the site and it went to the incorrect address.

When you reached out, our team let you know that we would do our best to update the address. Because this item ships directly from one of our third-party partners, we are not able to edit the order ourselves once it enters their system. In this case, the vendor shipped the package very quickly, which meant the address could not be updated in time even though we tried to intervene before it went out.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we are reviewing how we communicate these situations so expectations are clearer moving forward. We are also exploring better ways to allow address updates when possible, although this can vary based on the vendor.

Best whey protein on the market - purity wise, texture wise, quality wise. Who would order from some massive brand when you have this as an option? I add the chocolate to my coffee each morning and it blends like a dream.

I'm slightly more jacked than average and have spent thousands on protein powders over my 12 years of lifting. First off I am lactose delicate, which makes matters worse because I get headaches and gut issues from artificial sweeteners including stevia and sucralose. This Pure Choice protein is super clean, 3 ingredients, can't take 2 scoops with zero negatives in my gut. Made with real cane sugar, this is the protein for me for life.
