Puzzling online shopping experience

1. After placing the order I was expecting a confirmation but No! Nothing! Weird! Suspicious!
2. Getting back on their website the cart was not updated and it showed differently multiple times and finally the cart was empty.
3. Why I visited the website multiple times? There's No responses from the Live Chat at all even nothing the next day. Isn't it ironic? So I started to decide the order cancellation based on 1 & 2.
3. No responses for the previous messages or processing the cancellation.
And the transaction is pending through the coming Monday. Otherwise no signs of updates on the order from them.

Good customer response when I mentioned that I submitted the wrong address for delivery, however, after I was told my address was corrected, it did not change on the site and it went to the incorrect address.

When you reached out, our team let you know that we would do our best to update the address. Because this item ships directly from one of our third-party partners, we are not able to edit the order ourselves once it enters their system. In this case, the vendor shipped the package very quickly, which meant the address could not be updated in time even though we tried to intervene before it went out.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we are reviewing how we communicate these situations so expectations are clearer moving forward. We are also exploring better ways to allow address updates when possible, although this can vary based on the vendor.

I am now on my 5th and 6th bags of this wonderful protein powder. I have only had one bag with a seal that worked properly. The rest of them immediately break on opening. Great protein powder, but I won't be buying anymore because the bags are simply not functional.

Chocolate is a Great flavor

We love the chocolate and chocolate coconut flavored one. So good. I can't say the same about the cinnamon roll flavor. It has a spoiled smell and flavor to it. Package says it's best by 2/2027, but something about the flavor is off putting.

Taste and smells like chemicals, I'm not sure if this is normal or what the reason is. I've mixed with coffee to try and cover up the smell and taste but it doesn't work.

This is my go to protein. The flavors are pretty good. I especially like the salted Carmel and cinnamon roll. They are easy on the stomach and definitely help fill the gap in my protein. I start everyday with 2 scoops and milk.

This product is legit. As someone who has been supplementing with protein powder since the 80's, I have a solid frame of reference. The ingredients, consistency and flavor are all excellent. Vanilla Malt and Banana Cream stand out from the rest as far as flavor goes.
