How much caffeine is in Mushroom Coffee?
Melting Forest does not publish a specific mg figure for their instant format. It is made with organic Fair Trade Arabica coffee beans and contains natural caffeine typical of an instant coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller serving.
What is the 7 Mushroom Blend?
Organic Chaga, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Maitake, Shiitake, and Turkey Tail -- all as fruiting-body extracts. Lion's Mane and Cordyceps support focus and endurance; Reishi supports stress adaptation; Chaga, Maitake, Shiitake, and Turkey Tail contribute to overall wellness and immune support.
