I have used then for years. 10 plus to be exact. They are very effective for many things. Dribbling & shooting exercises, scheme layouts, floor spacing, defense recognition and the likes!
I know there are many different kinds of these on the market. And I have a few of those as well. But these were the originals for me. And If you attach them to a wheel base they can be mobile. I can push it towards a player and have them react during offensive drills. Love em! I say in my experience it helps across the spectrum of basketball and help those players that learn and are more of a visual learner to see it.
