The FrogBand is a glute-focused resistance band designed to level up your glute workouts. It measures 15 in x 3 in. The FrogBand is best paired with the FrogWedge Glute Builder, which is sold separately and is not included with this band. Paired together, the band provides direct lateral tension during exercises.
