The Alpha Gripz Dial Gripz Strengthener Set is a dial-adjustable crushing-grip hand gripper system that trains the forearm flexors with adjustable resistance from 10 to 132 lb -- a wide enough range for beginners through advanced lifters. The Dial Gripz pair with the Alpha Gripz extensor band line so you can train both opposing muscle groups in the forearm: flexors via the Dial Gripz, extensors via the bands. This balanced approach builds grip strength, supports injury prevention, stabilizes the wrist and elbow joints, and develops the entire forearm musculature. Use anywhere with simple exercises at the gym, office, or home. Variants include the Strengthener Set, Dial Gripz Solo (single gripper at $17.99), and Alpha Gripz Trio ($29.99). USA owned and operated with a 2-year satisfaction guarantee and fast shipping in 2-5 days.
