Very bad; my order arrived three weeks after I made the purchase. Initially, they tell you it will ship within three to five business days.
Thank you for your order, and for the honest feedback. You're right that this one took a bit longer to arrive than we'd like, and we're sorry about that. Looking at the tracking: the order was placed Saturday, August 29, shipped within our normal processing window, and was delivered September 9, about 11 days start to finish, with most of that time in transit on the carrier's end. That's still slower than we aim for, and we understand why the wait was frustrating. We did want to gently note the full timeline came in under two weeks rather than there, but either way, we'd rather see orders like yours move faster, and we watch this closely.
