Protein Popcorn is one of those products I like because it solves a practical problem: sometimes you want an actual snack, not another shake or protein bar. Each 2 oz bag gives you 12g of protein from milk protein isolate while still eating like regular, flavor-coated popcorn.
At 300 calories for the entire bag, I wouldn't consider it an especially low-calorie protein snack. So, if you’re looking for a legitimate low-calorie, high-protein food, this isn’t it. Nothing beats a classic protein shake.
However, if you’re looking for a snack you’d probably eat anyway and want to get some extra protein into your day and not feel guilty, Protein Popcorn makes a lot more sense. You still get the experience of eating flavored popcorn, but with 12g of protein per bag.
