Dose: 1 pack (8 pills) daily for 21 consecutive days. Follow a cycle of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
Timing: On training days, take 30–45 minutes before lifting. On rest days, take between meals.
How To Take: Open 1 pack and swallow all 8 pills with water. The red capsule contains approximately 200 mg caffeine and can be removed for stimulant-free use, particularly when training at night or taking a caffeinated pre-workout.

Animal M-Stak is designed for lifters looking to support muscle growth and training performance without relying on hormonal ingredients.
Its formula combines amino acids, plant extracts, and nutrient-partitioning compounds, making it a more specialized supplement than basic creatine or protein powder.
The standout ingredient is 400 mg of PEAK ATP®, a studied dose with some promising strength and performance research. I also like the removable caffeine capsule, which contains approximately 200 mg. This allows you to modify the ingredients if you're not wanting caffeine.
However, evidence for ingredients such as turkesterone and the broader nutrient-partitioning claims is considerably weaker. M-Stak may appeal to experienced lifters looking for something beyond the basics, but I wouldn't prioritize it over adequate calories, protein, and creatine. If you want to experiment with it, you can try it. Just set your expectations correctly.
