I love this tape. I usually just use it on my thumbs and it tears easy, goes on, stays on the WHOLE workout and is very flexible. I don't notice any reduced mobility.

I used this tape today for the first time and its fantastic. Just by wrapping one finger, I was able to have enough of an added grip to be able to do my sumo deadlift high pulls without feeling like the bar was going to slide out of my sweaty hands.

This is the second time I've bought this tape. The tape is comfortable and pliable and doesn't leave a sticky residue on my fingers when I remove it at the end of a workout.

This is my go to tape when it comes to Olympic weightlifting. I have tried various brands, and while I was satisfied with others, this is by far the most superior. The tape adheres very well to your skin and allows me to bend my thumb without feeling like I'm cutting off circulation. It has a slight texture which allows you to maintain or even improve the grip of your thumb against the bar.

Easy to peel off the roll, easy to tear with your hand, easy to put on, form fitting to your thumb/hand, sticks to itself real well, doesn't leave sticky residue on your hand.

I really like the adhesion on this tape. Put it on and it stays put! I use it to tape my thumbs for Olympic lifts and it works really well.

I used to use just standard medical tape you can get from dollar general, it worked good but wasn't flexible. This e26 tape is great for Olympic lifting AND metcons or even conditioning pieces. I highly recommend it!

I have used this to protect my hand when I had stitches and my thumb for just general barbell issues and it works great!! It is the best tape I have tried.

What an awesome product. Ive been into CrossFit for roughly 6 years and this tape knocks it outta the park. It sticks incredibly well and you can still bend your thumbs. Very comfortable and performs better than your old tape, seriously.

Love this stuff! Tears easily without scissors but is still durable enough to withstand tons of barbell work. Even after a ton of reps, I was able to remove it without having any sticky residue stuck to my fingers. It's also a great price compared to other brands I was looking at out there.

I continue to buy this brand of athletic tape for myself and my 3 sons. Element 26 tape has the perfect amount of adhesive to withstand Olympic Lifting and gymnastic movements. The tape provides a fantastic barrier for the skin, avoiding blisters and skin tears even with sweaty, dirty skin. My favorite feature is how easy it is to apply and tear.

Ive tried just about every lifting tape out there and this tape by far is the best. The width is perfect and the tape doesnt roll up under pressure from heavier movements or barbell cycling. They never disappoint!

Stretchy so the thumb can still bend and very adhesive. Ive used for weightlifting and for CrossFit workouts with high volume of reps. For this price, Id definitely buy more.

Excellent tape to use for playing tennis. It helps with grips. I use it on my fingers but have to cut it in half for griping

It's been awhile since I first used this. It seems the improvements have been positive. Very sweaty and tape isn't slipping anymore. Plenty of grip and stability. Nice job.

I am very happy with this tape for CrossFit and Olympic lifting. I was previously using pre-cut thumb tape which was good but with the Element 26 rolls, I am able to cover my whole thumb
