I recently got a treadmill and set up a home gym. I have found that this had now allowed me to wear and use items that I would not have in my regular gym. I always wanted to try one of these waist trainers. Its feels really nice and comfortable and high quality. However, the reason I took off a star is because I feel it's not how it is pictured. I'm only small but this sweat band is not as wide as pictured and fits just like a wide belt. There is no way it could cover all of my torso and I am only 5'4\. Only time will tell if this has any real benefits, but I will continue to use it every day whilst on my treadmill. I would defiantly like a wider one but the only option to have it slightly wider is to go for the bigger size. Overall, it's a nice sweat band, very comfortable, well made and durable. Also, very good value for money.""

This belt is amazing. I sweat alot helps with slimming my stomach. I wear it at the gym and when walking.

wear this while working in yard. I originally purchased for just working out in the gym for added warmth around mid section however, it supports my back so it has a dual functional purpose for me.

This fit my torso perfectly and was a great addition to my pilates workouts. It definitely makes me sweat more and is easy to adjust. Overall, this is a good value and product.

I love to wear this during my weekly Pilates classes. Normally, I don’t sweat in this class. But when I wear this I do! It’s helped me lose some inches off my waist as well! I wish it was wider. But love the material, it’s durability and efficiency!

The belt does what it says will do...makes you sweat!! The only cons to the belt is it needs more support for the back and instead of one velcro tab in the middle to secure it, it actually needs 2 velcro tabs to secure around the waist.

Great product, performs great during workouts! Fits comfortable around the waist, and feels quality, I expect this will hold up well. I also like the back support for weight training. Overall very happy on this brand and product!

If you are considering buying this, don’t waste your $. I wore this one time and the seam on the inside busted. Upon a more in depth inspection it appeared to have been used and I paid for new. Not a happy customer.
