The wedges come packed flat in a vacuum sealed package. It took about a day or two for them to ""puff up"" to normal size.  Give it time, it gets there and looks just like the photo as advertised.I was expecting a horrible smell since they are foam, but the smell is tolerable. It's there but mild.The cover is super soft and velvety. It's very attractive, a nice deep blue color. It can be removed to wash.Assembling the stack was simple. There are Velcro patches on the sides and small straps to connect them. There is some weight to them. I'm recovering from surgery and found lifting it (with all three stacked) was a bit much for me. But not a problem if you separate them first.They seem to stay together pretty well. I like that this is super adjustable - flip on the side and it's great for sitting up in bed. Lying flat, great for a reclined position. Would be good for people suffering with acid reflux. I used for a surgical requirement to be elevated while lying down. The wedges and pillow are memory foam and feel firm but comfortable and supportive.The knee wedge this set comes with is good but really just goes under the knees. I found the type of wedge with more elevation for the feet too to be more comfortable. But that it just my personal preference.Overall it's a high quality product but the price seems really steep for what it is. Had I not been offered this free of cost as part of a promotion, I would not have paid almost $200 for it.

I have horrible back issues and this was great. To watch TV in bed I had all the inserts connected and I used the wedge to put under my knees. It felt wonderful. To sleep I only used one wedge and the pillow and it was perfect for a good nights sleep. I would get this all over again!

This wedge I'd absolutely amazing! Great quality memory foam, great quality covers, great quality velcro. So easy to customize for your preferences. It does take a while to fully fluff up to its full potential, but that's common for anything memory foam being compressed for shipping. The included vacuum seal bags are great for storing unused portions. There is not a single complaint about this wedge system. I started my wedge journey a few month ago, this is my 5th one, the other 4 have been passed down to my daughter's. My wedge journey has came to a happy end. This is by far the best!

I just gave birth to beautiful twins, during my pregnancy I suffered a lot from my back, and nerves such as sciatica. So I could not sleep completely lying down. My husband surprised me with this gift and I absolutely love it, the different layers allow me to breastfeed, rest, and enjoy my little ones in the most comfortable way possible. One of the things I also had left over from my pregnancy was very swollen legs due to fluid retention, so I thought it was a great idea to include the leg support pillow in this set. My whole body feels the benefit. The 5 pieces are so useful for everything and the best thing is that it doesn't have only one position but I can have several, all in one set (:

Seriously, I can finally stop buying pillows because this is THE one.  Yes, it is expensive, but I think it's worth the investment.  I've gotten other wedge pillows that are either too hard or too soft.  Goldilocks forgive me, this one is actually just right.  It keeps its shape, keeps me elevated while sleeping but its still soft enough to be comfortable.  I do still use one of those cervical pillows for my head that I put in a regular pillowcase soI can change it every couple of days.  And I drape a sheet over the wedge pillow for the same reason; I like to keep it clean.  The case on this is washable, but I find it easier to change out a sheet or pillowcase every couple of days and not have to do laundry all the time.  The ability to change the wedge levels is a nice extra bonus.  While I like the height of all of the sections together, I know that is not for everyone.  With all of the different configurations to choose from there is something for everyone.  I haven't even mentioned the knee pillow.  Oh, the knee pillow.  It is perfect.  I have arthritis in my lower back and my knees and the knee pillow helps with both.  I think they call it the ""zero gravity"" position when your head and knees are elevated.  Whatever it's called, it's unbelievably comfortable.  This is the greatest pillow set EVER.

I had originally picked this/these out to use the leg pillow in bed at night.  I have sciatica, and elevating my knees at night seems to help.  I also thought the wedges might make it a bit easier for me to read in bed.  I have yet to try out either of these options because my husband has procured them for his own use.  I likes to lay on the living room floor in the evenings and has found these to be the most comfortable things on the planet.  Clearly it was a worthwhile acquisition.

This has to be one of the best wedge pillows on the market, they thought of everything, well almost.  It comes with several different wedges at different angles, so you can customize it to your preferences and since it is made from memory foam, it is very comfortable.  I thought that I would feel the transition from the wedge to the bed, but it has a very natural grade and feels like it is part of my bed.  I like that they included a compression bag for storage since they know that it takes up a lot of space and the normal user may choose one or two of the wedges leaving the extra for storage.  They also put an extra strip of velcro covering the velcro tabs so it doesn't stick to everything and if you choose to use multiple wedges, just remove the strip and everything stays in place.  The design and everything included is excellent.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it seems to hold onto heat when sleeping, so if you are a hot sleeper it may not be for you.

I have a sectional sofa and prefer to watch TV with my feet up on a specific side facing the TV, but there's only an arm rest behind, so no support. I was piling pillows and folding blankets behind me and got to a point where I just couldn't sit there anymore because my back was hurting too much. I started to have to sit on the opposite side of the sectional.I got this and propped it up behind me (it fit well on the couch, even with the arm rest blocking it) and it was instant relief. I can sit in my preferred spot again without straining my back. It's very comfortable yet firm enough to also be supportive.I always use it in the most upright position so far, but it is extremely easy to change the positions on the fly with the velcro fastening system. It's also a lifesaver that the covers have zips, so you can easily take them off and wash them whenever.The leg support is a great add-on for helping with leg cramping and general comfort.Very happy with this purchase!

I work long hours sitting at my desk and it has been a problem to be comfortable. Looking for alternatives I found in networks a publication of this pillow LX11, I found it interesting and I bought it and it has been amazing. It fits my needs during the day while working and at night when resting, it has a very good firmness. I can use it in different places, plus it has helped me improve my posture and has become a very essential accessory for me, tnx Lunix, you've read my mind it is just  what I needed.

This has been a very comfortable item to use for sitting up in bed or relaxing on the floor at home. It gives the right amount of support and is very comfortable. For long-term use, I'd probably throw a sheet over it or something because I don't care for the sort of velvety texture but aside from that? Excellent!

Very comfortable set of pillows.  Use as many or as few as you like. Firm with a soft velvety covering. At first it was a bit hard to figure out how they all went together but worked it out. Very competitively priced.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this memory foam top bed wedge.  Ifound myself at times dreading to go to bed because of acid reflux...then Ifound this jewel.  I immediately jumped on it just to see if it would helpme with my acid reflux problem.  Let me tell you, it has certainly improvedmy life.  For me, it can be adjusted to the perfect height/angle in bed and the memory foam isvery comfortable.  I have experienced no acid reflux since I started usingit.  My life has totally changed.  There is absolutely nothing I wouldsuggest be changed to this bed wedge and I especially appreciate thewashable cover.  The cover has an invisible zipper which ensures it stays inplace and not constantly slipping off of the wedge.  As for me, I no longercan do without it.  If you choose to try this wedge, I hope it will do thesame for you.  I found this wedge to be reasonably priced and if somethinghappens to this one, rest assured I will be purchasing another one.  Thankyou to the designer and manufacturer of this wonderful item.

There is so much to like about this product, that it's hard to know where to begin. This wedge system was ordered with my 90 year old Mother in mind. She has Acid Reflux, COPD, and Sciatica...among other things, so I figured this system might help her with multiple issues. Definitely true!!My Mom has asthma, so I was prepared to allow the wedges to ""air out"" for many days before use. Totally unnecessary. Right out of the box, they were relatively odor-free, and after ""plumping"" for 24 hours, they were fully expanded and ready for use.The covers on these wedges are incredibly soft, and the fact that they can be removed and washed is a huge bonus!! Super helpful if you plan to put these into use ""long term"".The wedge system made it so that we could custom tailor a level of support that is perfect for her individual needs. We were able to create a comfortable raised position to help with the Reflux, and take pressure off her back and hips with the knee wedge.  The pillow didn't really work for my Mom, as she is only 4'10"", but her regular bed pillow works just fine with the wedge. No constant slipping or adjusting has been required...the wedges stay in place really well. They are also lightweight enough to be easy to handle while changing position.After many days and nights of use, I am pleased to say that the wedges are still performing beautifully. They have maintained their shape and firmness impeccably.I only wish I had known about this system when I had hip and knee replacement surgeries. I know I would have experienced a more comfortable recovery with this wedge system in my arsenal. As for the price?? I think it is beyond fair for the number of options available. When my knee was replaced, I bought a single large wedge for close to the same price, only to find that it was a little too high. I could only elevate for about 30 minutes before my hips would start to hurt...then my back. I couldn't sit upright and use it properly, but had to be laying down. A system like this one provided by Lunix would have enabled me to be more comfortable, rest better, an heal faster. Worth every penny. Thank you, Lunix!! Support wedge pillows has always been one of those things where I thought was good in idea, but pointless in practice. Boy, was I wrong. In the past I’ve used the reading support pillows you buy at big box store, and they were okay. More than anything, I felt they were taking up unnecessary space, and not comfortable enough to warrant a place in the bed.With this wedge set, that’s a different story. I like how it comes in separate sizes that you can put together yourself to set yourself up for the right level and angle of comfort. I must admit, when I first put all the pieces together, I looked at it and kind of laughed to myself.Yet, the moment I lay on it, I totally get it. The soft but supportive structure of this is easily described as comfortable, and I can totally see myself using this to watch tv in bed or read a book. The leg support is another big plus!Realistically I think just the back support is plenty of comfort, and wouldn’t think I need the leg pillow. But giving it a shot, I totally get it. It’s simply fantastic.I can see this being a very good buy and gift for someone that enjoys reading in bed or watch tv. Normally if I lay down to watch tv, for sure I am falling asleep. With this, I think it’s comfortable enough where I can feel good, but not to the extent of dozing off.Overall, I can see this being a great wedge pillow set for people to use for post surgeries or maybe for women during pregnancy. For what it’s designed to do, this is a winner!

Likes.Finally a wedge with a sensible angle for sleeping.Dislikes.On a very warm night, even with my AC on, the room was warm and I tried sleeping without a shirt.  The warmth of the foam came through, and I put my shirt back on.The Lunix LX 11 is an excellent medical device and comfort item.  I have had severe acid reflux issues for many years, which damaged my esophagus (Barret’s Esophagus), and am on medication. It’s generally controlled but when I have a late meal, or one that’s spicier than I expected, I need to use a wedge. I have been using different wedge pillows for years.  All of the standard wedge pillows, have the same problem. The angle is too steep for a comfortable night’s sleep, and I often wake up and find myself at the bottom of the pillow, with the wedge benefit lost.The Lunix 11 has multiples wedges.  I tried the individual wedges, without connecting them, in order to determine my most comfortable position. I selected one that has just enough rise to make sure that the acid won’t flow into my esophagus, while still giving me a comfortable falling asleep position.Other items.I didn’t like the pillow attachment.  I use my own pillow.The leg rest is very good, although I wouldn’t use it when I sleep.  Nice for watching TV, or for light exercises.I wish the wedges were wider, and possibly longer.  The brand does have different models, with one being wider and longer, and probably would have fit my needs, at a lower cost.  However, the wider model may intrude into the space of anyone sleeping next to you.I would highly recommend this device for acid reflux sufferers.

At a time of post surgical comfort need, this product came through. I had intestinal surgery performed on me and it was difficult finding memory foam wedges that provided all the angles and level/position options this product provides. Definitely recommended, definitely comfortable.

They seem pricey, but they are very comfortable, conform well, pop back into place, and offer a lot of different configurations.  The set came vacuum-packed, so you will need to cut open the packages and wait for them to poof-up.  The exterior fabric is nice and soft and looks like it is easy to clean.  Definitely recommend!

I was facing shoulder surgery and did not want to ""make do"" with a pile of pillows, particularly when one arm would be out of service. So, I splurged and bought this set. It's the best $200 I've spent!It's comfortable enough that I can sleep 6 hours or so at a time. I love the ability to adjust the incline. I highly recommend.

What's particularly nice about this set is the wedge is not one big piece. There are three actual wedges, each varying slightly in size. You determine which comfort level is best for you by using all three or just two, etc. Each wedge has Velcro on each side with a corresponding strap that connects each wedge to aid in keeping them together and firmly attached. The pillow has a strap on each side that's used to connect to the Velcro on the wedge directly below, keeping the pillow in place. The pillow can also be used for comfortable lumbar support by turning the wedges upside down. This is a really convenient way to support the lumbar area without the aggravation of using regular bed pillows that typically shift and lose their support. The separate wedge can be used not only to elevate knees which reduces stress on the spine, but can be placed between your knees while sleeping on your side which is great in helping with back pain (I speak from experience).  If you suffer from sleep apnea like my husband, this is an excellent way to help with the symptoms if you don't have a CPAP machine. There's a lot of debate over which position is best for sleep apnea sufferers to sleep in. Back? Side? After devouring as much information as I could about sleep apnea as well as speaking to my Cardiologist about his worsening problem, I took her advice. Keep him elevated. So I chose this wedge pillow to elevate him (I also use it just because I like it when he isn't sleeping). Next, the best way for sleep apnea sufferers to sleep is not only elevated but on their SIDE and definitely NOT their back. It has to do with gravity causing the tongue to fall backwards. Ever since he began using this product to sleep on his side, he's experiencing less sleep apnea symptoms and feels much better in the morning. Just for the difference it's made for my husband this is absolutely a product I would 100% recommend. However, it actually is a good quality product that's so comfortable and versatile.  I hope this review was helpful :)

The velour covering is really soft and nice, and easy to spot clean or launder. Love that it has several levels that you can customize for the right comfort. Nice quality. Quite soft, but still supportive.

My initial thought when unboxing was that this product was too thin and would not be very effective in the intended use.To my surprise, with just a bit of patience in allowing the memory foam to properly expand, finding the proper angle, I'm able to get into a very comfortable position while resting in my bed!Overall, I do recommend this product!

...So it's Modular, and you can choose whatever layout, configuration, you can come up with to optimize the support, or comfort you need. This is my Setup, and it's been a Game Changer...
