Can I use this on my upper back?
Yes — hold the stick horizontally behind your upper back with both hands and apply forward pressure, rolling from the upper traps to the mid-back. Work the muscles to either side of the spine rather than directly on the vertebrae.

My IT band was really sore and I had a 15 hour flight coming up. I bough the stick and started using it. Theoretically I already own two Sticks, but they are nowhere to be seen. I tried buying a cheap knock off on Amazon and it's terrible.
