When will I get my refund?
The short version
- We email you when your return is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Flooring refunds are usually 3–7 business days after the warehouse receives it.
- Your bank may need extra time to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email info@living.fit with your order number.
