I'm trying to find another way to pump up the ball as it seems to be fine, but the hand pump broke in the first 3 minutes, something inside it won't keep air moving.

I bought this ball 5 months ago. Today it POPPED out of nowhere while i was on it! This ball has only ever been indoors and on a carpeted floor. This Exercise begins to deflate in a few hours. Have to inflate daily.

The pump does not work to adequately pump up the ball. It leaks

The first one was scuffed up out of the box. The replacement has deep lines all around it. I'm too afraid to use if for fear of it popping. I was really looking forward to using this ball, I love the color. I'm very disappointed.

After inflating my ball, I found a hole creating a leak. I called the mfr and provided my order info. The individual stated they would refund me and suggested I re-order it. I haven't received a refund yet.

I enjoyed work out with weights this is good size and had pump to air.

I think there must be a hole in the ball I got. I don’t know my weight right now but it can’t be more than 150 pounds (I am 8 months pregnant) and my husband added air yesterday and it’s already deflated some :(.

I’m pretty sure this was a returned item. Everything seems to be here all the pieces but definitely this box has been opened and then things shoved back in. I can’t imagine this is how it would become brand new.

I hate this ball . It is very fragile and I was just sitting on this and then it boom . I was lucky not getting hurt much but fell on floor . I will not recommend this for any one .

Pumped up the ball and almost immediately noticed a tumor on one side. I guess we just received a defective item. Good material otherwise.

So I am 5’7 and 150 points and the sizing chart is wrong. I got the 65cm and as you can see it is TINY I sit eye level with my desk which is probable as I wanted it as a desk chair. Also what they don’t tell you is you won’t be able to use the ball on hardwood floors for the first few weeks of using because it ruins the material of the ball. If you get it with the pump it is helpful but a arm workout for sure and you’ll need someone to help you hold the ball at first while filling it up. The color is beautiful but the size is frustrating as this is the second ball I have ordered trying to get one big enough and they all aren’t. When you need to fill it up pull out the white plug completely first using the fork tool they send. Update: 65cm compared to 85cm from left to right the 85cm is much better and my knees are not nearly as close to my core they are more 90 degree from sitting and I can see higher on my desk.

Not sure if they put the wrong size in the 65in box but this ball was too small. For pregnant moms your birthing ball should have your hips above your knees when you sit on it. This one had my hips and knees parallel.

There’s a manufacturer defect. A small, about pencil eraser size, thin spot which is very slowly leaking air. I really like the ball and it fits my desk perfectly but unfortunately it has a defect. *Update: ProBody Pilates is a great business with excellent customer service!! Thank you for the fast reply and refund. I will be a returning customer.

This was advertised used and in great condition. I opened the box to see it has a massive hole in it by the valve.

I didn’t expect the ball to be so small! I was going to return it but my grandbaby seems to like plating with it. Walmart has 65cm and 75cm for $14 so I’ll get mine there.

So on the description it says 5’0 get the smallest ball so that’s exactly what I did . I’m 38 weeks with back pain wanting a workout on this ball to get this baby out and I’m literally leveled with the floor . My knees hurt more being on this ball because I’m so close to the ground please if your short like me do not get this size .

This was the 2nd grey ball and I ordered a larger size than the 1st one to use as a chair for my desk. This one was also too short or low. I'm afraid to order a third. I like the color that matches my grey desk.

I purchased this ball to aid in doing PT exercises for a back injury. This ball arrived quickly, was exactly as described and was easy to inflate. It came in a nice box for storage if I choose to deflate. It did come with the pin for inflation. I am very happy with my purchase.

After 3 months of regular use for exercise, this brand of ball burst (actually split from top to bottom, in what appears to be a manufactural defect) out from underneath me and I landed *smack* on my tailbone...I cannot describe the pain that immediately followed and continues to haunt me. Same-day X-rays showed 2 fractures. Needless to say, I do not recommend this exercise ball.

I was sitting on the ball doing exercises and the ball popped beneath me, I fell to the ground and hurt my butt and back. Only had the ball for 15 days, and there were no sharp objects around me or on the ground for it to pop, it literally split open.

I got this for my pregnant wife to use. We got it about 3.5 weeks ago, and she's been using it every day for a few hours a day. Up until now, the only issue was deflating slightly every other week or so, but this is inexcusable. We have already filed for a refund.

Bought one of these a couple months ago and it popped shortly after I got it- I thought it was a fluke and that my little nephew had messed with it, so I got a second ball to replace it and it deflated again, ended up popping. Would not buy again, the quality is bad.
