Freedom Strength Training Sandbag
Our updated Freedom Strength Co Training Sandbags are just what you need to add some variety to your training sessions. Now available in 6 sizes. Featuring 10 ergonomically placed handles that have been improved by using neoprene padding, unlike the competitors that use plastic, rubber, or even just fabric. Each sandbag features added webbing reinforcements to make these sandbags the strongest on the market. Our sandbags feature an integrated all in one design with a built-in funnel and internal filler bag just like our strongman sandbags and throwing bags. The inner filler bag and outer shell are made out of extremely durable Ballistic nylon 1680d material, which has 2x the abrasion resistance of 1000D Cordura, making our sandbags some of the toughest on the market! The inner filler liner has a double Velcro and YKK zipper closure to help ensure the sand stays in the bag where it’s supposed to be.
These Training Sandbags are perfect for general fitness and full body training exercises. The versatile and portable design make these sandbags perfect for working out anywhere, anytime.

- Kids (xs) - 15 to 25 lbs
- Small - 40 to 60 lbs
- Medium - 60 to 80 lbs
- Large - 80 to 100 lbs
- X-Large - 130 to 150 lbs
- XX-Large - 180 to 200 lbs
- Monster - 230 to 250 lbs
To Add Sand to our Training Sandbags : Open top flap. Unzip the heavy-duty YKK zipper. Unroll the built-in funnel. Use the thumb tabs to open and fill to your preferred weight. Close Velcro funnel and roll into the opening. Pull the zipper closed. Close outer flap. Get to work!
*All sandbags sent empty. Filler material is sold separately. We recommend using dry play sand. Overfilling sandbags could result in added stress on the seams and cause the seams to open up. Sandbags damaged by filling over recommended weights will not be covered under our warranty.
*Each sandbag is covered by a 1 year warranty covering normal wear and tear.
