They feature 10 ergonomically placed handles, which have been improved with neoprene padding. This differs from competitors who often use plastic, rubber, or just fabric for their handles. Each sandbag includes added webbing reinforcements, making them strong.
Our sandbags have an integrated all-in-one design, featuring a built-in funnel and an internal filler bag. This design is similar to our strongman sandbags and throwing bags. Both the inner filler bag and the outer shell are constructed from extremely durable Ballistic nylon 1680d material. This material offers twice the abrasion resistance of 1000D Cordura, making these sandbags some of the toughest available. The inner filler liner is secured with a double Velcro and YKK zipper closure, designed to keep the sand contained within the bag.
These Training Sandbags are suitable for general fitness and full body training exercises. Their versatile and portable design allows for workouts anywhere, at any time.

To add sand to our Training Sandbags: Open the top flap. Unzip the heavy-duty YKK zipper. Unroll the built-in funnel. Use the thumb tabs to open and fill to your preferred weight. Close the Velcro funnel and roll it into the opening. Pull the zipper closed. Close the outer flap. Then, begin your workout.
All sandbags are sent empty. Filler material is sold separately. We recommend using dry play sand. Overfilling sandbags could lead to added stress on the seams, potentially causing them to open. Sandbags damaged by filling over recommended weights will not be covered under our warranty.
