This is by far the best creatine I’ve ever taken! Not only does it dissolve well into any liquid I’ve added it to - warm, hot or somewhere in between - but it actually stays mixed in and doesn’t settle again at the bottom like a lot of other brands I’ve tried. Great product. Seen a improvement in my heart rate being more stable when I'm running. Usually twenty mins into my run I'd be in 140 but since using this more in range of 130s. Feel like I recover faster too.

I have recently started taking this in the morning. I can see the difference when I’m at Orange Theory. I feel like I can do heavier weights and my endurance for the rowing and tread seems to be improving.

I have been taking 5 grams of creatine daily for years. Recently started taking Thentic's Creatine/HMB. first, I will soon be 55. Recovery....for me this is the how fast I bounce back. Thentic's Creatine/HMB with 3,000mg of HMB just works. I am an avid runner trying to maintain muscle mass and strength which hasn't been easy. Weight/Resistance training on the days I do not run. I have noticed less let off and fatigue, quicker recovery, and have seen gains in the weight room. Maybe better said progress what used to feel like a plateau. I am pretty regimented in the 1 hour I allow for physical fitness each day and with a mix of cardio(running) and weight/resistance training 5-6 days a week. I noticed a bit of stomach issues when I first started taking it but as I learned with multivitamins, I just make sure I mix it in with a decent sized breakfast and all is good. Highly recommend!!

This supplement is a game changer. I was stuck at a plateau during my lifts. I added this to my stack and have noticed increases in both size and strength. If you want a clinically dosed clean product, this is it.

So, hear me out. Brutally honest, not a gym rat or pro, so honest and real review.

When I started using pre work out, I was recommended this brand by my great friend Jayna, ever since then, I’ve been using THENTIC (for almost a year now) I’ve just felt like at some point if I tried something else, I’d be cheating.

The only supplement I wasn’t using from thentic was creatine UNTIL, they dropped this HUGE banger. Creatine is known to have some sort of “bloating” even sometimes with the proper nutrition, or even when they say “it’s unflavored” it has some sort of after taste. But THIS, wasn’t the case, absolutely loved it.

I’ve mentioned to Taylor that even on their IG page, one thing that sold it to me, even thought my loyalty should’ve been enough , was that, the amount of time and work ALISHA AND TAYLOR, not only put into this product but the research they also shared with us, was what made me be absolutely sure to want to use this product. First time using either creatine or hmb and absolutely love it!!! Felt the benefits after the first few days. Can mix into anything given it’s unflavored. No side effects after almost 2 weeks of daily use. This product quickly turned into a staple in my nutrition.
