  • Open hex frame lets you step in and out from any side — no climbing over a closed frame
  • Built-in stand feature: tilt the bar onto its legs for fast plate loading and clean vertical storage
  • Hexagonal design keeps the load centered through your body's midline for safer, more efficient deadlifts
  • Neutral-grip handles ease pressure on your lower back and wrists versus a straight bar
  • Fits standard 2 inch Olympic plates with loadable sleeves on each end
  • Heavy-duty steel construction built for serious loads and daily training

The Synergee Open Frame Hex Bar lets you step in and out of the lift from any angle — no climbing over a closed frame. The hexagonal design keeps the load centered through your body's midline for safer, more efficient deadlifts, shrugs, farmer carries, overhead presses, and lunges.

The built-in stand feature is the standout: tilt the bar onto its own legs and it stands vertically for fast plate loading and clean upright storage, then returns horizontal when you're ready to lift. Neutral-grip handles ease pressure on your lower back and wrists compared to a straight bar, and the heavy-duty steel construction is built for serious loads and daily training.

Specs:

• Type: Open-frame hex trap bar
• Loadable sleeves: Fit standard 2 inch Olympic plates (bumper, iron, competition)
• Sleeve length: ~10 inches loadable per side
• Grip: Neutral, parallel handles
• Stand feature: Built-in legs for vertical plate loading and storage
• Construction: Heavy-duty steel

What is open frame vs a traditional hex bar?

Open frame means the hex is open on one side so you can step in and out from any angle — easier to load, unload, and move around compared to a closed hex bar.

What is the stand feature?

The bar tilts onto built-in legs so it stands vertically for easy plate loading and compact storage, then returns horizontal for lifting.

Does this fit Olympic plates?

Yes — the sleeves accept standard 2 inch Olympic plates, including bumpers, iron, and competition plates.

Can I use it for exercises other than deadlifts?

Yes — common uses include shrugs, farmer carries, overhead presses, and lunges, in addition to deadlifts.

What is the loadable sleeve length?

Each sleeve offers roughly 10 inches of loadable space, matching Synergee's other hex bar models.
