Slam Balls, also referred to as Dead Balls, are your training tool to improve explosive power and improve your stamina.
A slam ball can be used to perform any workout that you would use a medicine ball for, with the added benefit of being durable enough to also perform drops, throws and slams. Perform sit-ups, lunges, squats, shoulder throws, Russian twists a much more.
Constructed of a heavy-duty and durable rubber outer shell filled to weight with sand. The surface of the ball is pliable and tacky, this ensures that the ball is easy to grasp when used in drills. Made with durability in mind, the design is centered around creating a product made to last the throwing and slamming you unleash on them.
Available in a range of weights including 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 30lb, 35lb, 40lb or a full set of 10lb to 40lb slam balls.
