The powder arrived all hard and clumped up together. I can’t return it nor can I use it. What a joke.

I'm glad to have found this product! It's nice to find a pre-workout that isn't loaded with caffeine. It tastes great and mixes very easily in water. I can't say for certain it enhances my workouts, but my gym sessions have gone well while taking this so far. I like how there's some type of lab testing done so I have some comfort knowing it's pretty safe. I'll continue to use this on tougher workout days. One thing I do notice is that my face gets a little tingly sensation after taking it though, but the internet says that's common for pre-workouts in general.

I wanted to like this because of all the positive reviews. However, I tried it 3 different times to give it a fair review and each time I started cramping bad, got super bloated and ended up with diarrhea within 20 minutes of consuming. I didn't feel any energy, just tingling, burning feeling all over, especially my privates and I was so tired after all the stomach ache that i didn't even work out at home let alone leave my house to go to the gym.

This is a money making gimmick. I have done a good quality pre workout for years and am a high intensity athlete. I had to try a new one temporarily bc my favorite brand is reformulating their pre workout (they actually care about their customers!!). I bought it because I am breastfeeding as well so I didn't want a strong pre workout. I have NEVER had the weird pinpricks on my face and body that this caused. Not only that, it hit me so strong and made me feel chemical(ed) up. I went to return because I deem it unsafe and false advertising, but it is not returnable. This tells me also that the company is just getting people to buy this product and don't care about quality only money. Find a reputable company that doesn't lie and don't buy this product. It is, in my options, unsafe for consumption.

It made me itch, and my body was allergic, without energy

This pre-workout is terrible. The taste is ok but the “pins and needles” feeling you get immediately after taking it is terrible. And it actually made me sleepy

This product made me focused and nauseous. It did not give my muscles or me any energy or endurance whatsoever. This product is non-returnable unfortunately.

I have tried many pre workout products and pulse is by far the best I’ve used. The right amounts of the ingredients you need. Mixed well and taste good!

Honestly, I read through the reviews and I saw a bunch of people giving this positive feedback that seemed like they knew what they were talking about. So I bought it. I got the fruit punch non-stim one because i have heart issues and didn’t want to pass out at the gym. First. The flavor. I got fruit punch because it was on sale. My mistake. It’s so insanely sour. Like drinking warhead juice. And it doesn’t give me any extra “pump” at the gym. If anything, it makes me want to go home because it makes me so insanely itchy and uncomfortable. Before my heart issues I used preworkout often and it never made me feel like this does. Not worth it. So much regret

I used for one month, after that the ingredients stopped to work with me. Will try one with caffeine.

The blue raspberry has a nice subtle flavor. It's slightly tart and not very sweet. It dissolves easily in a glass of water. I don't feel jittery or gross after taking it, but I do feel ready to tackle the day's workout. I'd recommend giving it a try if you are looking for a caffeine-free alternative.

Best performing not stim pre-work out I have had

It's a great tasting pre that gives you a good stim. Company seems to be transparent and it's about as good as it gets. I only take one scoop and it gets me through my workouts

I wanted to wait before writing a review. I’ve been using this preworkout for two months now and I think it’s a great stim-free pre workout. I would start off by taking one scoop in 5-6 fl oz of water as recommended and work your way up to two scoops in10-12 fl oz. The effects I received were that I did get some mild tingling and a boost of energy, which is perfect for when you’re weight training (it helps with muscle fatigue). Highly recommend trying the fruit punch flavor, not too sour or too sweet if you take the recommended dose. This pre workout is perfect for those who workout in the evenings, no caffeine require for energy boost.

This works wonderful for me before my workout. This flavor is just prefect and easy to mix with water.

Definitely follow the directions on this product. Happy I only started my first round with the single scoop. Within 15-20 minutes my face started to tingle, like burning needles along my nose and cheeks and forehead. Then an extended to the crown of my head, Downward On my neck and then my chest. No visible rash was present. No shortness of breath. This side effect stuck with me throughout my workout, and otherwise I felt great and was able to increase my weight capacity in every exercise at the gym.

Definitely takes some getting used to initially. But after a week, lifts were comparably better and different versus other lifts with other pre’s.

This is hands down the best in price, quality, dosage, and performance. You cannot find anything better in all of these categories. All natural, no crap and properly dosed. I recommend this product to any gym goer and have been using this product since the beginning.

Picked up the non-stim fruit punch flavored pre workout. When I took my first sip, it tasted like coconut and not like fruit punch. I've tried it a few more times since then and the taste has become increasingly disappointing. The preworkout ingredients in the powder definitely give me a decent enough motivation to get my pump in but the flavor leaves me dissatisfied.

I've tried a lot, and this is one of the best pre's I've tried.

This is a great pre that does not have caffeine. Great flavor and feel energized after taking.

I absolutely love using this preworkout. No jitters after it runs it's course and a great feeling during the workout. I highly suggest it.

A fan of this brands other products but this didn't taste good, flavor was really week unless you add a lot of product.

To the lady that said she felt pinpricks on her face please listen to her ! I took it this morning before i went to work out and i noticed a pinprick feeling on my face and down my back as if something was sticking me. idk what is this this crap but i immediately threw it in the trash when i got home. money wasted ! and it is not approved by the FDA .

Pushes me through without the jitters

Seems fine/just OK as a preworkout/energy supplement, but you gotta get over the taste first... I know taste is definitely subjective, but personally I couldn't stand it.
