Dr. Knojoy says you can't have caffeine anymore -- or maybe you want world-class coffee after a long hard day but also world-class sleep. This is the answer.
Our single origin Brazilian coffee is decaffeinated with the Swiss Water certified natural method -- filtered water instead of solvents. The result is a more natural decaffeination that maintains a good body and the distinctive notes of Brazilian coffees with hints of chocolate, walnut, almonds, and an aftertaste of toasted cereals.
- Swiss Water certified natural decaf method
- 100% Brazilian specialty coffee -- notes of chocolate, nuts, toasted cereals
- Available in ground or whole bean -- 12oz
- Trace caffeine only: 2-10mg per 8oz serving
What is the Swiss Water decaf process?
Swiss Water uses filtered water -- not chemical solvents -- to remove caffeine from the beans. The result is a cleaner, more natural-tasting decaf that retains the original character of the bean.
Is this completely caffeine-free?
Not entirely -- trace amounts of 2-10mg caffeine per 8oz serving remain after the Swiss Water process. This is standard for certified Swiss Water decaf.
What does it taste like?
Chocolate, walnut, almonds, and toasted cereals -- smooth and full-bodied, not flat like most decafs.
Is this available ground or whole bean?
Both. Available in 12oz bags.
