Worked exactly as expected, very happy with my first cycle. I took it as recommended when I woke up with my morning shake, then again with a light lunch (tuna in olive oil with several pieces of fruit). I lost 8lbs and didn't have any issues being tired throughout the day. Right now I've taken a week off (maybe gained a pound back) I also lift 5-6 days per week for 45-60 minutes. I didn't drink a single energy drink or coffee the entire cycle.

Lost almost 100 lbs just by taking this product every day. I didn't change my diet or go to the gym. Just took this every morning before going to work (manual labor job) and 2 months later im down from 303 lbs to 205 lbs.

Works well. Increases in energy,Cognitive function, Appetite and fat burn as well.

They work well; however, I eventually found it to be too many pills to swallow. They kept getting stuck going down and I had to start taking them with eating some banana for them to go down! Not sure if it's the coating of the pills or what, but it was a struggle. The product does exactly what it says it does, I just couldn't take them anymore.

While taking this, I didn’t see a huge lift in energy or a reduction in body weight. I also didn’t feel a reduction in overall appetite. However, what I did feel was more sweaty and an increased heart rate. No jitters really, but I assume that it could affect people that way. Taste wasn’t bad and the pills go down fairly easily.

I didn’t lose any weight. Doesn’t work.

I loved how my body changed, and all my friends noticed and I recommended it to them.

Tried one round. Not sure of results. Felt appetite suppression and occasional headache. Definitely avoid taking after mid day to avoid sleep disruption.

I have been taking these for a week now. They do work a little too well. My appetite has been extremely suppressed which is what I wanted but its to the point where I have to force myself to eat or i will get sick. Once I get sick, the chances of me eating is definitely not happening. That’s my only draw back so far.

Can’t say I noticed anything at all. What triggered me to write this review was the note on the can that said “improved formula so you take less pills.” Folks, you will take 16 pills a DAY with this stuff. 8 pills twice per day. How many did you have to take before? Won’t rebuy simply because taking that many pills a day freaks me out.

I bought this because I’ve been dieting for a while and my stomach is always growling,I feel hungry and food noise bothers me a lot, I took these Supps today for the first time and the difference was instantly noticeable, normally after the gym I feel super hungry the rest of the day even after eating 3 times before bed, but this has helped greatly 10 outta 10 supplement right here

My go to cutting supplement. I've been using this when I cut for years. I drink a gallon of water a day during the cycle and it WORKS. This along with a clean diet and workouts/sauna allowed me to drop almost 60 lbs in 3 months. Overweight to a six pack at 40 years old. If the caffeine irritates your system, just throw away the red pill! It will not dehydrate you as long as you drink enough water. Works wonders and I've never experienced a side effect in years. Definitely more energetic while taking it as well.

BE CAREFUL! This product makes you extremely dehydrated despite drinking big amounts of water. It also raised my blood pressure level. Perhaps it made me lose a few pounds, but the side effects are not worth it. Other side effects that I felt throughout the day were: peeing constantly, stomachache, and feeling jittery. My heart felt like it was raising and I am a pretty healthy guy. This product should not be allowed on the market. It's going to seriously make someone very I'll in the future. I ended up throwing the pills away after 1 week.

This is my first day using so I'll do a follow-up update. What I want to positively comment on is the stimulant portion, which I do appreciate they made optional. I'm pretty sensitive to stimulants in supplements like this, which usually make me anxious, sweaty, racing mind, and make my heart pound. I should mention I also take extended release Adderall, which I've taken long enough that I don't experience any noticable side effects but I know it makes me even more sensitive to any kind of stimulant. This morning I took my first pack, I didn't have too much going on for the day so I took all of it including the stimulant. Figured a test run and if it made to me tweak at least I'd be at home. Pleasantly surprised how gentle it was. About a half hour I could definitely feel it, but I just felt more energy and mental clarity but not in a manic way, and no sweats (I run hot to begin with and the weather is warm here). So later in the day took my second pack, wondering if twice in a day would be too much. Nope, just a nice continuation, and no afternoon slump! Honestly I just feel good, better than I normally do. You're going to pee alot, oh and byebye appetite.

I had 3 cycle actually it worked? Well I have to say that it is good but is not like the big deal I lost only 10 pounds in 2 months it's decent but for the price and the way how you have to take i don't know if it's worth it, and of course I'm on diet but I don't feel any decrease in my appetite or a big difference in my cutting, so you have to take it so serious to see good results with this, for a normal person who can't afford a nice diet or can't for the work is not the big deal but is decent

Make sure to dump the pills out before you start using them. They work as described and I'll order them again, but about a week and a half of the packs were ruined. Not sure if the rest were even safe to consume.

Tried everything together, separate..no difference

I didn’t like the idea of taking 16 pills a day

Okay, so here's the deal. This stuff works. It works so good In fact that if you don't follow the directions it will send you to the hospital. These pills are super powerful. Between the caffeine and other stims along side the WATER PILLS {be careful) these will put you in a state of almost legit stimulant feel (comparable to Adderall) even with the euphoric feel. They did help me get down to a amazing weight and cut like a freeking BOSS. I got my 6 pack I always wanted and mussle definition that was amazing. Feathering in the legs, biceps and veins everywhere. Highly recommend, but just a fair warning it's advised to only take for a few weeks and cycle off for a reason. Don't just keep ordering and taking them like I did.

We purchased 2 containers of these, one for my wife and one for myself. My wife is 125ish pounds and I am 160ish pounds. We are active and workout 4 days a week. We usually use 200mg caffeine pill once to twice a day. We wanted to do a quick cut before having a beach vacation. We followed our same schedules, eating patterns and workouts. We stopped taking caffeine pills and followed the dosage directions for this product. We didn't notice much of anything different during the 3 weeks. The claims are 750mg of stimulants however the standard 200mg caffeine pill seems to be more potent. Claims were an appetite suppressant, once again we did not notice this. The same goes for the water shedding and mental clarity. Unfortunately we wasted nearly $100 for something that performed less than what our caffeine pills did for MUCH LESS money. This was a big let down for us unfortunately
