Great sleep supplement

This stuff really works. It was recommended to me by a trainer so gave it a shot. I take these about 45 minutes before bedtime. After 30 minutes I start getting drowsy and after an hour I usually fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed. The chewables have a fruity taste, kind of like smarties if you ever had those. Good stuff.
