Great Knee wraps! Probably added about 10% to my wrapped squats 1RM. Not really a complaint, but something to be aware of... These are stiff AF and I find it almost impossible to wrap myself, even after watching the youtube video. As long as you have a partner, or insanely jacked forearms, I cannot recommend these enough though!
