It’s a little longer than I would like. The plates rack at the end of my reps but I’m 5’9 so whatever. Otherwise it’s perfect.

The tricep shake strap is a perfect replacement for a rope and easily can replace other tools in your exercises. As you extend out and hold, you'll feel additional muscles working and it's clear that the materials & construction will hold up to intense workouts.

Had no clue what to expect with these products. Awesome unique addition. Gets deep ROM and best device I've used for face pulls. Gives a nice unstable and deep range of motion for tricep extensions. I use frequently even though I have endless attachments.

Quality piece of gear. I use it for tris and back as well as face pulls. Really love when it recoils and makes you squeeze that little bit extra to control it.

I love the decrease in impact on my joints, even more so the ability to lift using handlesallows me to focus on form and lift heavier, and more reps without hand fatigue. I discount one star as I do woodshed it was just a little bit shorter. Depending on the movement, I have to hit on my knees.

Took me a little bit of time to get off my wallet but I'm very happy I finally ordered a shake strap. Love it for various tricep movements, face pulls, cable flies, etc. It gives me just the right amount of give at the start of a rep to build just a little momentum for the rep. Five stars all day.

Great workout tool for my home gym. Very versatile and strong. Great compliment to use with Mark Bells arm sleeves and sling shot device.

Build quality seems solid. I use it for a variety of tricep exercises you would typically use a rope for and I feel more muscle activation throughout the movements. I also use it for high rows/face pulls and it lit my upper back and traps up. Great tool to add to your program.

Very well made and absolutely comfortable to use. I do wish that stretch portion of the strap was a bit stronger (would rake more weight before stretching) and I think if it was maybe a few inches shorter but that could just be a matter of the height of the cables I have access to. Activation is fairly noticeable from the vert 1st set. Movement is smooth and triggering a bit better than just a basic rope yet allowing for alternative hand positions. All in all a great addition as a piece of equipment to one's arsenal

Being someone that has some rough mileage on my joints from years of contact sports, I have a hard time sustaining that muscle connection engaged through the full range of motion. This allows me to go lighter while creating a stronger contraction through stabilization. Awesome!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this strap, but I really enjoy the challange and ease on my elbows. I had to drop the weight significantly from what I normally do, but the contraction at full extension is amazing and I still have a good range of motion. Superset tricep press downs into overhead extension and it burns so good. No joint pain after either is biggest plus.

Sturdy and well made. I got it, particularly, to help my clients and me perform face pulls more effectively, and it's worked out well thus far. I like the feel in different tricep variations as well.
