Sleeve is stiff does not fit well and I measured it exactly ! I had high hopes but unfortunately this fell far shy of my expectations

I really am glad I purchased these elbow sleeves. It’s truly helped my elbow joints and with my workout. Well pleased with this product.

The sleeves work great. Just using them helped me add an extra rep or2.

The elbows sleeves are great I use them this week on bench press and incline press and dumd bell .

Great elbow sleeves overall , strong support and solid compression for lifting. Only downside is the stitching on the right sleeve started to come undone, and the size chart runs small.

Strong Elbow Sleeves are the best sleeves I have used! The sleeves gives you support and keps the area warm. I have had an elbow injury and the Strong Elbow Sleeves have given me confidence in training after my injury.

I’ve had elbow pain so I pitched the sleeves and man what a difference. The sleeves are awesome and is another great product Mark Bell puts out . Highly recommend

My only issue was my own fault: I ordered my usual size and they were a bit too snug. Once I exchanged for a size up, they fit perfectly. Don’t make the same mistake I did — check the size chart before ordering! Highly recommend these to anyone looking for reliable elbow support in the gym.

Have had for just a short time, been very beneficial in elbow support. work great in combination with the slingshot for pressing movements.

I love them but they are indeed a little big. Which is entirely on me. I thought I measured correctly but I obviously didn’t which is a bummer one size smaller is probably what I needed but the material overall is amazing as expected. Even a size too big it still fits pretty well.

I read a lot of reviews on here before buying just to get an idea of how well they work. I gotta say, they're exactly what I hoped they'd be. I was getting pain in both elbows while benching anything at or beyond 275. I'm 43 and have been training for decades so my joints just aren't what they used to be. I've had the sleeves for maybe a month now and I wear them on every pressing day. I'm now able to go heavy again with little to no elbow pain. Wearing them consistently has definitely reduced the pain by a lot. I benched heavy yestersay with no pain at all. They give you a sense of security knowing your elbows are protected. 100% worth the money. I was perfectly in-between sizes based off their sizing chart so I went up instead of down. They seem to fit perfectly.

I bought the strong ones in XL and swapped out for the XXL, they are just a little small, but work. Very hard to get all the way up my arm.

This sleeve is like the knee sleeve. If you have a forearm or calve you must go a size up. If not you can't get the sleeve over. But then I feel that takes away from the compression of the targeted joint. Even with going a size up I still have to get assistance putting on the sleeves and taking them off. I feel the sleeves can be done better.

These sleeves give me the support I need when lifting heavy. They have the flexibility to not hinder my arm exercises. I will be looking at more products from Mark Bell to try another type of sleeves as well as wraps. I would recommend this product to anyone who ask.

1st elbow sleeves I've ever bought, so I can't really compare them to others. But I love these. Seem to be high quality. I Immediately felt the difference of not using sleeves. 46 years old, getting stronger every month. Would buy again.

The products are good quality. However, I ordered according to the size suggestions they give based on arm size and the sling shot is very tight and the elbow sleeves take tremendous and time consuming effort to get them on.

They work great you could see the difference in these and the cheaper ones

As a former powerlifter very much out of the game (and Over 45), I know I need to protect my joints. These sleeves are awesome and along with the Slingshot, help me press around existing impingements. They are a bit too small, but that’s on me as I should have measured first. Excellent project!

My elbow pain has completely subsided thanks to these sleeves. I no longer have to walk around after chest/tricep day smelling like icyhot, and i can hunt new PRs again. If youre pushing heavy weights, you need to get these.
