  • Multi-position design: Improve alignment and provide targeted support at arch, ball of foot, outer heel, and inner talus.
  • Medical-grade gel: Provide cushioning and improve gait while supporting alignment from ankle to back.
  • Self-sticking backing: Ensure secure placement in sandals, high heels, or insoles; double-sided tape included.
  • Four 0.125 in ramps: Provide customizable support; stack to 0.25 in to target precise lift and pressure relief.
  • Flexible placement options: Set up targeted support in shoes, over or under liners, or atop orthotic insoles.
  • Supination/pronation targeting: Improve weight distribution and keep feet centered with outer or inner heel placement.

Gel Ramps are a unique product that can be utilized in multiple positions to add arch support and/or to help relieve pressure and stress on muscles, tendons, and bones in the feet. Ramps are designed for use in the arch region, 'ball of foot' region, outer heel region for supination and/or inner talus region for pronation.

These versatile gel ramps are crafted from a soft, flexible, medical-grade gel that gently adjusts foot position to improve alignment. This can help reduce pain and improve gait, impacting alignment from the ankle up through the knee, hip, and back. The self-sticking design ensures compatibility with various shoe types, including sandals and high heels. For certain shoe or insole materials that may require a different type of adhesion, double-sided tape is included. The ramps are one size fits most and are made of a non-porous, skin-friendly material that does not hold onto odors.

Each package includes four stackable, washable, adhesive ramps, each measuring 0.125 inches thick. These can be stacked to achieve a thickness of 0.25 inches if more support is needed. Gel inserts, like these ramps, are designed to provide cushioning and absorb shock, which can be particularly beneficial for individuals who spend extended periods on their feet or engage in athletic activities. They conform to the foot's shape, distributing pressure evenly and reducing stress on specific areas.

There are several ways to place the ramps to address specific foot concerns:

• Inside of shoes that do not have a removable liner.
• On top of a removable liner.
• Underneath a removable liner.
• On top of another orthotic insole.

Specific placement recommendations for various conditions include:

• For the arch region: If additional arch support is needed, place the gel ramp in the arch region of your shoe or insole. Position the thicker side closer to the inner edge, tapering thinner towards the outside edge. This placement can be beneficial for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen arches, or high arches.

• For the ball of foot region: Use the ramps to offload pressure from the front part of your foot, also known as the forefoot or metatarsals. Place the ramp so that its thickest part drops off right before your pain point. This helps to somewhat suspend the bones and offload pressure by supporting the metatarsal heads. When placed in this region, the ramps can help provide relief for conditions such as Morton's Neuroma, fat pad atrophy, metatarsalgia, sesamoiditis, neuromas, burning sensations at the ball of the foot, cushioning calluses, and bunion pain.

• For the outer heel region for supination: If your feet over supinate, meaning your feet and ankles roll outward, or if you tend to wear out the outer corners of the heel edges of your shoes, the ramps can be placed on the outer edge near the heel of the shoe or insole/insert. Place the ramp with the thicker edge on the outside edge and tapering thinner closer to the inside edge. This helps to bring the foot back to a more centered position.

• For the inner talus region for pronation: If your feet are over pronated, meaning your feet and ankles are falling inwards, the ramps can be placed on the inner edge near the heel of the shoe or insole/insert. Place the ramp with the thicker edge on the inner edge and tapering thinner closer to the outside edge. This helps to correct the inward roll and promote even weight distribution.

These gel ramps are designed to ensure long-term health for your feet and joints. They are washable and reusable; when they become dirty or less sticky, they can be washed under water with mild soap and air-dried to renew their adhesive properties. If the adhesive eventually loses its effectiveness, the package also includes double-sided tape for continued use or a more semi-permanent adhesion.

Stackable gel inserts providing targeted support for arches, overpronation, and supination. Customers said they "maintain their shape" and are "washable and moveable to different shoes." Praised for versatility and pain relief in feet, back, and joints. Some noted adhesive may loosen with heat/activity, and a few felt full insoles might work better for their needs.

Good little inserts for various foot problems.
Both my girlfriend and I have multiple foot problems, but some different foot problems. The little fell ramp inserts have adhesive, so you can put them at various spots depending on your particular foot problems. I really like the idea of these. It's a bit more diy than an insole or shoe, but these are versatile. They're small, so they can fit in shoes easily, whereas not all insoles fit well into shoes.
These work well for some of my foot issues. I like that these are somewhat soft but they are still supportive. These work as advertised, so deserve a good review.

Very sticky and thick
I really like these gel ramps. I hadn't gotten any for my work boots yet and these did the trick. My ankles are very over pronated and two stacked together helps correct it. My hips are much more comfortable at work now.

Not too thick and not too thin!! Good quality gel inserts...
These gel inserts are really useful... That are the right shape and size to work for a number of foot issues and give support with out being too rigid and painful...
There is a little bit of information on how to use them in the packaging and links to more detailed help if needed...
I appreciate that they are a firm and supportive gel, but not so hard that they hurt when using them.
They can be placed in the shoe with the included adhesive tape. The gels inserts themselves, are sticky too.
They are washable, which is a real plus... They should regain some of the stickiness after washing too.

Overall, a nice form of insert. Quite a bit nicer than many I have encountered...

Nice metatarsal cushion
These soft supports are perfect for when mild cushioning is needed. They are not really substantial enough to use as arch support, but are VERY NICE for metatarsal cushioning. I don't suffer from over-pronation or supination so cannot attest to either of those.

What a relief!!!
I have so much foot pain daily and from multiple ailments/injuries. I love that I can put these where I need them, move them to different shoes/sandals, stack them if needed, rinse dirt/debris off of the sticky side and re-stick them again and again.
I love that it comes with the chart showing where to place them for different issues.
My husband loves that I have asked for less foot rubs in past week since using them!
Try them if you are pondering them! You will be happy that you did!

No more numb toes!
I have been dealing with toes that go numb when standing for long periods of time. I guess it's called Morton's neuroma. Anyway these little ramps while very small and slim when placed at the appropriate spot on my insoles have stopped me from having numbness. I have been using them in 2 pairs of shoes for about a week now and haven't had any problems apart from my feet getting used to them for a day or so. They are very sticky. I had to reposition them a few times to get the right spot but they haven't come unstuck, and I didn't even need to use the extra sticky pads that come with them. I like that they are gel because getting adjusted to them would have been difficult if they didn't have some give to them. I would recommend watching the video that goes with the listing, it was helpful in finding out where to put them and in what orientation for your particular use case.

They do the job!
There are 2 things I love these for in comparison to other similar products attempting to address the same issue: they're smaller, and I can target a little better with the smaller size. I love that they are washable, and let me start at a shorter lift at first to get used to it. The best thing is that they help to correct the problem, especially for those that can't afford high-end, pricey shoes.

Flexible support - just where your foot needs it
I need metatarsal support for my feet, and sometimes even the ‘best' shoes don't have adequate support where my feet need it. These gel ramps can solve that problem.

I like that I can stack them if needed and that they are removable and washable. They should last a long time with proper care (washing as needed). Definitely worth trying if you have problem feet.

Happy to find these for supination
There are a lot of products out there for pronation but not much for supination, so I'm happy I found these. I like that they are not too bulky, giving just enough support to do the job without feeling awkward. Having four in a pack lets me keep them in the couple pair of shoes I wear most often and change them to other shoes when needed. If they hold up for a reasonable period of time I'll buy another pack so I can cover more shoe options.

O
Olivia

shifting my feet
I notice that my foot posture is different using these. They are very soft and pliable. They stick on fairly well and I like the instructions that came with it. They even provide extra-strength double-sided tape cut to the gel piece sizes if you need stronger adhesive.

L

Buildable Support
I wear slides and flip flops to annoy my podiatrist. He made me wear expensive, ugly sneakers that rhymes with crook. I have been limited to a pair of slides so ugly and expensive that you say "oof, o" when you see them.

Truth be told, his choice of ugly footwear actually corrected my issues but I refuse to look my age from the ankles down. I have shoes that an insole cannot be used in. These are perfect. I put them on without sticking them to my shoe and they stayed in place (bare foot). These might be the trick for my sandals, slides, and flip-flops, just don't tell Doc.

I
In2Tech

These work great, can't complain, cheaper than new shoes.
They are exactly what my old shoes needed to fit better. But maybe new shoes would have been a better idea? Either way, these cost less than a new pair of shoes and seems to help. So if you're looking for a temporary stop gap solution this maybe just what you want.

G

Great sticky support
These supports have great stickiness to them to adhere to your shoe and not move around while you're walking. With the sticky bottom, you can easily stack them for more support if needed and you can put them anywhere in your shoes for wherever you need the support. I love that they are re-usable- won't leave residue in your shoe and you can easily readjust them. You just need to wash them to reactivate the stickiness. Also the material is a gel and can't absorb foot sweat or dirt.

M
MWZ

Good for minor adjustments
I have terrible feet. I've worn expensive orthotics for 30 years or so.... This product is good, it lets me add a little support just where it's needed without leaving behind adhesive if I move it. They don't always stick well to cloth, but work on smooth (I have orthotics with both surfaces). If it comes loose I can just rinse it off and it regains its stickiness. I wish they were thicker, and there were more in the package. Aside from that they are definitely useful.

P

Small and effective
Adhesive Gel Ramp for Overpronation, Supination, Arch Support or Metatarsals are small but effective to put cushion or support where it is needed for your feet and not beyond that spot. The soft gel is comfortable. There are good instructions and a video provided to guide you. They stick where placed. I was able to remove one and place it just beyond that spot. It did lift the lining of the insole. It didn't harm the insole. And it still stuck in place. I can't fault the Gel Ramps. It was an old sandal with a thin layer on top of the lining. An expensive shoe, but that doesn't seem to mean much.
I like these pads; some sandals need a bit of cushioning in a certain spot, and this fits the bill. They don't absorb sweat or dirt. They are removable and have extra adhesive if you need it. They can be cleaned. I like that they can be used under an insole or on top depending on the footwear. They work well for me at the ball of the foot. The size works well for any of the applications.

Works great
The inserts work exactly as the video shows. They are super sticky so you can move it around and it stays sticky. Doubling them up works good too, if necessary. These are some of the best I've ever used before. They are helping with over pronation.

Makes any shoe more comfortable.
These cushions can be used in many ways, and I use them as arch supports. They are very sticky and stay put! I have one pair inside my tennis shoes and the other on my sandals. Instantly provides arch support when you have unsupportive shoes.

R

Good support
I like the support these self-sticky arch inserts give. I just wish they stuck better in my shoes! Maybe it's me and my hot feet, but when the adhesive on these pads heats up, they can slide around a bit in your shoes as you walk. It doesn't happen right away; mainly after I've been in my shoes for several hours. Only four pieces of double-sided adhesive stickers are included, so for any additional uses you will need to find another source for tape that isn't permanent and easy to remove from the insert and your shoe. I use mainly in my left shoe as thanks to a rotten case of plantar fasciitis, my left plantar tendon was cut and released. Over time, my arch fell and I started to overpronate. This insert has been pretty helpful in dealing with the overpronation without causing a lot of pain or discomfort while walking or wearing my shoes for long periods of time. The benefit is how these particular inserts can be positioned exactly where YOU need them. You can't really do that with full or half-sized inserts. These inserts also aren't as thick as others I've tried. At just 1/8", they don't push your arch into a position it hasn't been in for a long time. You can double up the insert if need be, but at least the thinness lets you work up to it rather than forcing your foot into a painful position.

Comfortable, functional, all-in-one correction solution
I have always had a bit of pigeon-footedness, and my shoes tend to collapse into the arches. I never gave much thought to it... but I'm glad I finally did! These insoles are super comfortable. They are easy to apply and stick well (which I have never found to be the case and thus would give up easily on the idea of correction...) I can really feel a difference in the say my foot and leg are working to carry my body! It's also cool that you can put these onto different parts of the shoe to correct for different issues. So if I were to get a handful of these, I could easily use a couple for my daughter or husband! So nice!

M
MsBathnBody

A lot more versatile than insoles
I really like that these gel “ramps” are so versatile and can be placed wherever I personally need them, instead of the “one size fits most” offered by insoles. I have had some trouble with them moving a bit after placement, if I am active for very long, but they rinse well and then cling again. It took a bit to get used to, but it has really helped with pain in my arches and to keep me from resting my weight on the outside of my foot (I injured my ankle and unconsciously baby it sometimes, it turns out). These are an interesting concept and have held up well.

J
Jamie

easy to use
I have had issues with my feet my whole life. I tend to roll my feet to the outside so this helps with wear on my shoes and the wear of my joints.

M
Marissa kelly

did the job
These are pretty cool and I like that you can place them directly where you need the support. I want to buy another pack and get removable insoles so that I can change them depending on which shoes I am wearing. This has helped my shin pain so I am pleased with these for certain.

A

They work really well
I didn't even know what pronation was before I got these pads, but I definitely have it... The 'ramps' as they call them, come with instructions on how best to place them for various conditions and also a link to an instruction video. You can stack them if one is too flat and they stick really well. They are washable to revive the adhesive and there are extra double sided stickers if needed. A really well thought out product and I just ordered a second batch so I can put them in my sandals and other shoes.

J
Juliana Carlson
adjustability is great

I played around a bit with the placement and once I got the right spot I'm just leaving them there. My two feet are different, so nothing else every feels right. With these I can stack 2 gel paddings for my right arch and 1 for me left to get the perfect fit. Really happy with these!
