Got Sling Shot Push Up to help with developing better technique but was disappointed that the tension in the fabric was too unforgiving to allow me to get into a movement pattern that works with my specific morphology and instead, forced me into a narrow position which has never worked for me. I feel I need a product that allows more range of motion and lighter elastic assist.

I was able to lift heavier than I thought! A lil awkward takeoff, but not sure if my initial form was to the contrary.

I bought a new Slingshot push up because I used the old one so much it was fraying after years of use every single day! This product is an absolute “Home run” in my books. Love slingshot, it keeps elbows in place during push ups and benching. I still get a great workout without the shoulder pain that can follow, that slight “help” you get at the bottom of the bench allows you to do more reps. Great purchase!

I never thought such a simple strap could simplify and perfect push up form and alleviate pain where it shouldn't be (shoulders) and isolate chest, tri's, bi's to achieve literally 2x the number of GOOD reps. It's not a cheat code, it's just a brilliant idea and design.

The Push Up sling takes the pressure off my shoulders and allows me to do a push up without limiting the range of motion. Couldn't do it without it. Shoulder pain during push up kept me from reaching the bottom of the rep. The Push Up Sling allows control of your rep without adding “help”. I’ll order the one for bench press since the push up sling worked so well.

I have never been able to do a proper push up. I had shoulder surgery and once cleared I was back to working out. I decided to try the slingshot to help me try adding pushups to my workout routine. I initially ordered the small and it did not fit properly. After closer examination, I found that one side was sewn smaller than the other. I contacted the company to report the problem. They very kindly sent me a replacement. I have been using the slingshot and am happy to report that I have been able to add pushups to my workouts.

I’m doing pushups for the first time ever. 4-5 a day for the 2 weeks I’ve had the sling shot. More to come.

I’m a senior lifter 69 years old still in the gym 4 to 56 times a week I own my own gym. By the way, I power lifted for years. I wish your bands have been around back in the day, but I still used two sling shots on my bench and the push-up slingshot as well. Great products they help with stability keeping my shoulders tight my arms in perfect for older lifters when I get back to the house, I’ll go in the gym and send you some pictures. I still bench in the low 400 which is not bad for a 69-year-old guy thanks thanks to your Products) as well

Allows you to work out through more reps and weight all the while maintaining perfect form. A must have tool in your gym.

Help with stablelizing weight and easy-to-use products

I am able to do 100 pushups in a row now! I had to stop benching a few years ago. I was doing 230 for 25 reps at the time. I’ve had 3 elbow surgeries and 1 shoulder surgery. I still have severe pain in my shoulders but with the sling shot I can do pushups to help strengthen my upper body. Only time will tell if my shoulders will heal or if I will have to have more surgeries. ( I’ve also had 3 knee surgeries with a partial replacement and 3 back surgeries with my L4 &L5 discs being replaced with titanium.) Thank you for making a product that actually works!

Using for Push ups

Best workout investment yet. I’m 70yrs old with a left shoulder and left elbow replacement and an inoperable rotor cuff on the right’s side. The Sling Shot has helped my ability to do pushups 100%. I do use an assistance band also but now I can do the full range of motion with the SlingShot. I think I will make steady gains using this and maybe one day do an actual push up with no assistance. Thank you.
