I love using the skake strap, the handles are perfect and the movements are smooth and really focuses your muscles with the amount of weight you use.

This bad boy is amazing. Any heavy cable movement I do, I can take this and but it between the attachment, drop weight, focus on, contraction and feel it for days.

Really solid addition, gives that same feel of the shake strap to several other attachments and handles - awesome for providing new variations of movements. Also has taken a little edge off of the elbow pain I typically get with cable tricep movements.

This strap has multiple uses with my machine. It feels easier on the joints and it gives you a better range of motion.

Bought the shake strap adapter and it adds some intensity to the workouts especially for the triceps. Makes the movement harder and adds variety to my work. You really have to pull the slack out prior with the handles. Great product like I expect from slingshot.

Great product. Not really ideal for heavier weight. That's the only reason it's getting four stars. Besides that the strap is wonderful.

Waste of money. There’s supposed to be a “shake” element that makes the movements harder. All it does is add length to whatever attachment I’m using. I’ve even tried different movements or starting at different heights, further back, etc and there is no difference.

The shake Strap adapter is an excellent addition to your weight lifting gear. I do recommend that you purchase two of them for exercises on the cable machine such as bench press and shoulder press. I’ve used these with the entire wait stack for a few months now, and there is no sign of damage. These are very well constructed and I believe they will last a lifetime. The shake strap belongs in the arsenal next to bands. The pumps I get are amazing with no joint pain!

Good so far, as advertised

I use this adapter for cable curls, lat pulldowns, low pulley rows and face pulls. It has added another layer/dynamic to my work out, all the stabilizing muscles have to be engaged for the prime movers to grown. It has made a huge difference in the short weeks that I've been using it.

Just like the original sling shot, Mark has created another great product. The build quality is top notch and it's very easy to use. You can feel the tension on the full range of motion and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about buying it.

Takes some of the joint pain out of my heavy seated rows allowing me to lift heavier without the physical toll on my joints!

Absolutely love these handles, everyone at the gym loves the fell of them. Feels like they have shock absorbers, I will order more for the use of members here at Infinity training and Wellness.

Makes your muscles 💪 really work

This is a great way to add the feel of the shake strap to all your existing cable attachments. It is about the perfect length to add the instability while not making the movement feel different due to added length of the attachment from the cable. I've used it for pretty much everything you can for a cable machine (pull downs, rows, curls, push downs, face pulls, lateral raises) and it works great for everything I've tried.

I love the way it gives me a huge muscle pump! The handles are very comfortable and it makes every the lighter weight feel heavier
