These provide a nice solid grip. They are the perfect replacement for any cable handles that you may find in the gym. I highly recommend them for all level of gym goers.

Very nice attachment with a ton of uses. The think grip version is very comfortable.

These are not my first Mark Bell products and won’t be my last. Definitely my new favorite handles. I feel a big difference in my workout when I use these. They help work my stabilizer muscles and make each rep more challenging.

Great product. I use these all the time especially for my female clients. I recommend the large handles, they work great.

The Shake Handle Attachment with the Far grip is a game changer especially with the cable chest flyes. I also use them for single arm front, side and rear delt raisers. That is just a few ways to use this product. Oh yeah, I also want to mention. The fat grips help develop your forearms just gripping the Shake Handle Attachment while completing your chosen exercise.

I LOVE these handles. Even beyond the "shake" aspect, they just feel really good. The shake is just an improvement over a great handle.

The feel is so much more entertaining than just any other regular metal attachment. I almost forgot I was working out because I was having so much fun...until the soreness kicked in! Highly recommend you incorporate shakes into your regimen, if anything, just to spice things up a bit!

I have both the standard and thick grip. As a Judo player, these have been such an important tool to helping increase me grip strength and developing the musculature and power to pull my opponents around the mat.

So much better then I expected, it really focuses you to work on stabilizing as you use them. Looking for other products to make me use stabilizing muscles.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now and I can definitely feel and see the difference. The lighter weights feel heavier because of the recoil of the handles. I'd say this is definitely worth it if you're looking to advance your rope attachments!

These handles are awesome. They feel so much different than your regular gym handles like there’s always tension on the muscle that you’re training whether it be biceps triceps or back.

Outstanding Quality —Handles are approximately 36mm maybe slightly thicker but not too thick. —Good texture on handles —Perfect rotation on handles —Stretch as a nice feel —Strong material Prior to these handles, my go to were the Spud Inc handles which are great quality. I prefer these handles for a few reasons. 1) Handle diameter is ideal. I like a little thicker but not too much. I don’t use thick handles to train my grip—I train grip as a separate unit. 2) Nice texture to handles. 3) Smooth handle rotation—the Spud handles seem to drag. 4) Light handles—prefer a lighter handle. 5) Stretch as a unique feel—very innovative. 6) They look good. 7) Value

Well make sturdy handles, i thought they might be too elastic, but it was perfect. We'll see what happens over the time.

I am older and have carpal-metacarpal arthritis. The thicker handles are excellent for my grip. I like the length of the straps and the slight stretch/give on them. More flexible which also makes it easier on my wrists/grip.

I love the Hake Handle Attachment (Pair)). It has a very different feel when doing pulling exercises. They’re easy to grip. I can get a much quicker mind muscle connection, when using the shake handles…What an amazing tool!
