Totally Worth It!

Awesome option for WODs. It is not as stiff as a traditional belt, which is a feature when working between OLY lifts, rowing, and jumping. Very easy to quickly adjust between workouts.

Best Lifting Belt Around

I have a bad back and thought my workouts had to be scaled back or stopped altogether. Luckily I found this Element 26 belt. The Element 26 belt can be worn your entire workout, and I keep mine on from start to finish. Even laying on a bench, doing ball crunches, or jump rope, my belt stays tight and secure. I highly recommend this belt.

Great lifting belt

I'm 79 years old and I follow the X3 hypertrophy program to the letter. I use the belt for my shallow squats, stiff leg deadlift, overhead press, and regular deadlifts. I really love the belt. I've done bodybuilding, powerlifting, competitive kettle bell lifting. Short of out and out powerlifting competition I don't see how one could go wrong with your belt.

I purchased the Element 26 weight lifting belt - I followed the size chart and got a large, it was definitely too big, I returned it for a medium and have been really pleased with it. I use it for CrossFit. It is comfortable and really supports my low back. The self locking mechanism works great and is easy to tighten and loosen in a hurry. It's very durable.

I love my new belt! I was old school wearing my thick heavy leather belt on my heavier lifts and struggled to loosen it between sets. With the Element 26 belt I find myself wearing it for all my lifts light or heavy since it can be loosened and tightened in seconds! It is built very good and will get years of use from it!
