Incredible. One rep max was 315 and after a few weeks able to comfortable rep 315 6-8 reps slow and controlled with no shoulder pain. Absolutely recommend!

I bought the sling shot to help with shoulder pain in benching. It has helped a ton. No more pain benching due to elbow flaring out. Love the product.

You know i measured my biceps and went off the table and ordered the recommended size and it's too small which is a little frustrating but it's stretches. As far as how it works I can bench almost 40lbs over my normal and still do sets of 5 making my normal a little bit easier every time raw.

I use this product with wrist straps for flat bench medium to heavy weight. It helps with proper movement and less shoulder/elbow pain.

Used the XXL Sling Shot for flat bench today. I really need the support the sling shot gives me. I had a total right shoulder (arthro-plasty) performed in 2017. Or, a total shoulder replacement. This gives me support and helps ensure my form while performing bench. I also enjoy using it for dips as well. Same reason as above. I feel more comfortable with your product in use during these routines. I turn 71 in June. I have been weight training for awhile. Would highly recommend using the sling shot. Protects your shoulders, ensures better technique.

I was skeptical at first about the product, I tried different things since I injured my shoulders and nothing worked until the @originalslingshot. Gradually I started with 135 only 8 reps now almost 2 months I can push 225 and my shoulder is not flaring. Im really glad I give this a shot.

I purchase the Sling Shot to protect my shoulders. It works. Almost immediately the pressure was relieved. With Sling Shot I feel as though I can lift more weight.

I'm not sure if it's me or what but it doesn't seem to go far enough up my arms. Very uncomfortable on your biceps.

I have been trying to get to over 300lbs on the bench but my shoulders have been in bad shape over the years. The sling shot has really helped with the pain and allowed me to increase the weight I can bench that protects me from further injury. If you just want to increase weight and feel good, I highly recommend the sling shot.

As a solo, at home lifter, this is exactly what I needed. Have already increased my reps and 1RM when not wearing it, thanks to the Slingshot. Allows me to lift heavy with no pain. Plus, my form feels a lot better now when I’m not wearing it. Awesome to add in on the later sets. Max was 210 w/o, was able to put up 250 with the Slingshot. Now I am at 220 w/o thanks to the Slingshot.

My shoulders and elbows are shot. My pegs have grown ever since using this. I’ll never not use it. My physique is improved immensely. Not gonna feel like I have a bird chest and my next competition.

I bought the XL version based on my measurements. 5’8”, 185, arms 15”. The XL version was phenomenal until my arms started growing so I bought the XXL. It works well but the length and space around the arms didn’t give me the tension the XL had so I was getting more of the weight on my chest with less help from the Sling Shot. If the XL had more space for bigger arms then it would be more helpful. Otherwise, it has been a tremendous help with rehabbing my shoulders that I think were injured by heavy weight on a press machine. I have benched 305 so far and could not have done it without the Sling Shot. The confidence it gives you is unmatched.

I love my new Original Slingshot from Mark Bell. It has helped me hit a new PR which is 10% more with it on as described. I haven't been able to do this in several years. I'm 48 years old and currently 181 lbs I benched 350 lbs while wearing it. I since then got a machine bench which I'm expecting today. I'm not sure if I it will allow for me to use it in the same way as using a free weight bench, but I'll test it out. Either way I love it to do push-ups and I also love how it keeps me tight while performing my lifts. I've purchased several products from Mark Bell and this GREAT COMPANY and will continue in the near future.
