The Metatarsal Pad - These are very comfortable and easy to use. I have a weird tendon issue in my right foot, and these have really helped. They are reusable, so they are also a good value.

I have had a variety of foot problems for many years, and have been through lots and lots of products that help (or don't!) in various ways. These metatarsal pads seem well made. They definitely stay in place, and do ease pain, which for me lately is mostly bunion pain. I like that they wash well, and stick well after washing. The difficulty I have with these is that the pain isn't always in the same place, and so it's hard to place the pads exactly where they are going to be most consistently needed. Also, I have found recently with much experimenting that a good arch support makes a huge difference - almost magical - in my level of pain. I am happy to see that the seller of these pads recommends their arch support in the questions section on the product's amazon page. Al in all this is a good, well made product, but people with lingering foot pain might want to consider other solutions (arch supports, etc.) as well - it took me a long time to find what works for me, and now I am pretty much pain free way more of the time and able to exercise as I like. Well worth the search!

I walk a lot and I suffer with metatarsalgia. These pads are made of soft gel and they are self-sticking. I put them on the bottom of my insole to support the ball of my foot. They work! I can now walk pain-free. I will be buying these again.

I have searched high and low for shoe inserts to help support my metatarsal arches and finally I have found the perfect pads! These are awesome. The size and shape are perfect, the adhesion is perfect and the best part of all is that unlike other foot pads, these ones actually come with some simple guidance on how to properly use them and how to place them correctly. These pads are exactly the right density and softness. They aren't too squishy or gummy, they provide plenty of support without feeling like a big rock in your shoe. I've used them in high heels and in my work boots and they are perfect for both. They make wearing my high heels so much more tolerable! They provide some padding without adding any bulk in the already cramped toe box and they give just enough support to my metatarsal arch that it helps prevent spreading. Or at least it feels like it does, my feet don't hurt after wearing punishing heels for hours. Also, these pads remove cleanly. They don't ruin the footbeds of my shoes. I trust these enough to use them on my Louboutins and they haven't caused any damage at all.

I've purchased three products, the small insole, the toe separators, and the metatarsal pad. Each has helped calm down the multiple problems my foot has, from overpronation, to Morton's neuromas, to plantar fasciitis. I've suffered for 35 years and tried thousands of dollars trying to find relief; finally I've found a top quality product that affords me extra hours in the day because I can stand. I plan to slowly acquire more until I have a lifetime supply, although the glue reconstitutes much better than previous insoles, I want to apply them to several pairs of shoes. They are more "fluid" due to the jel centers and therefore more comfortable than ones with other materials. The adhesive seems quite sticky but I found they tend to come loose in the one pair of athletic shoes I put them in, but maybe that's due to the type of material on my shoe inserts fabric.

Perfect - for my right foot
I've been having issues with my right foot for quite some time now. More specifically - the metatarsal head of my big toe has “dropped” causing a big, recurring callus under the ball of my foot, and pain making me subconsciously walk on the outer edge of my foot to avoid discomfort, and creating potential new foot problems. This product caught my eye, and I'm so glad I found it!!! It takes the pressure off my the callused area, and allows me to walk normally and without pain/discomfort!!!
My left foot is showing early signs of what I am dealing with in my right foot, so I am using it preventatively. While it has been very helpful for my right foot, it feels a bit like my sock is wadded up under my left foot - annoying but not that uncomfortable. I'll continue using it for the support I know it's giving me.
I REALLY notice how effective they are when I take my shoes off and walk barefoot in my home. Ouch!!! Now i need them all the time ;)

What I love:
- It's a lifesaver for my right foot!!! For anyone with a big toe/ball of foot issue like I have - it's THE BEST!!!
- The gel, shape and size is SO comfortable! I've tried hard plastic arch insoles in the past that I hated and couldn't continue using.
- the adhesive is amazing! Stays put!
- I can adhere them to removable shoe inserts (liners) and move them easily from shoe-to-shoe (including my comfy Dearforms slippers).

What I don't “love”:
- directions for placement are pretty vague. I had to remove and reposition back millimeters at a time, always further back, and angling sightly to try to find the perfect “sweet spot”. So far the adhesive is holding despite several times peeling off to reposition.
- for a relatively “normal” left foot, it has an annoying feeling of a sock wadded up under my foot. But peace of mind knowing I'm getting the support I need overrides that annoying sensation.

Overall I love this product! There aren't many solutions out there to help with metatarsal head pro

Great for high arch
These have worked well for my arch which is high. Comfortable, easy to clean and move between shoes, but I still buy more for the convenience. For me I think it could be a little higher. I use them under the orthopedics that come with the shoes and works great.

I've suffered for 35 years with Morton's neuromas, planters fasciitis, and pain radiating up my leg. The insole, metatarsal pad, and toe separators, are each best in class.
