I've been struggling with back and hip pain and could not find a position that didn't hurt either while sitting or when I got up. To make matters more complicated I have an infant that wants my company on the floor. The combination of a soft mat on this floor, with this angled ramp to lay against is amazing. I'm not getting stuck cramped up on the floor anymore because I can't move my hips! My back feels so much better.

I opened this set and let it ""inflate"" in my bedroom for about 60 hours. The slight manufacturing scent quickly dissipated by the end of day 1. I have so many reasons to love this set:1- The fill is SOOOO soft, easily fitting each body part and the covers are soft and smoothly luxurious.2- It has removable and washable covers.3- There are removable velcro covers that can be repositioned when that particular velcro closure is not in use.4- The wedges have non-skid covers on the bottom. Great if you're on any surface so constant readjustment is unnecessary.5- I can use this with my portable 3-pc. mattress set (and the colors match).6- It's good for anyone who needs pain relief/elevation for nerves, legs, GERD.7- It came with a gift: a soft hot/cold pack. Yay!I'm using this set for reading, studying, writing, stretching, chilling in bed, studio and travel. Lovin' it.

This is a nice wedge bed pillow set. I like that it comes with two of the smaller pillows so you can use one for your back and one for your head as well when needed. I suffer from chronic acid reflux issues, and these work perfectly for elevating my head at night and allow me to sleep. I do get a bit warm sleeping on them (I tend to sleep hot), but not horribly so, so I usually make sure I have a fan on or turn up the air a bit at night to stay comfortable. The fabric is soft and the cases come off for washing -- always a plus in my book. I’ve had other wedge pillows in the past that were too firm -- these have a bit of give while still offering nice support and keeping a good angle. I would recommend them.

This is a very nicely designed product. It has 2 wedges and 2 curved back or headrest pieces. You can velcro them together in a variety of ways to create a backrest, a knee support, and a elevated sleeping position.  The booklet that comes with it has 16 different configurations, and I see more here on the product page.Interior is a medium to firm foam, covered in a velour material. The backs of the wedges have grippy non-slip material so that they can stay in place. Generous velcro connections. Everything is well made. The covers can be removed for washing. The parts are vacuum packed for shipping, and expand after you open them.This approach (what I call the lego option) gives you lots of choices. It's important to know that you might not get quite the fit you need. It's a simple matter of us all having different length torsos, legs, etc. I couldn't get one of the round pieces just where I wanted it for my lower back. I found a work around, but this is one of the better products I've seen in while for comfort.

The pillows are a good firmness and are large enough to provide the desired support. They came with a booklet with general information plus guidance on all the ways the pieces can be used together. The pillows initially had a sweet chemical scent that was weird, so I suggest really letting them air out for the recommended time (and wash the covers according to instructions before using).

I'm so glad to have this set of bed wedge pillows. There are four. Two are smaller and rounded and two traditional wedges that you can velcro together for a higher lift -- perfect for reading or working in bed or getting some sleep without heartburn interfering. Used singly, they're great for sleeping, especially if you like a little lift but aren't crazy about traditional pillows. You can use the velcro straps to add one of the smaller rounded pillows to support your neck, or you can place one under your back to help ease low back pain. Or under your knees. The possibilities are endless.The pillows come sealed up and need a little while to decompress. There was only a slight amount of chemical smell that dissipated almost immediately. The foam is medium-firm and gives just the right amount. It moves right back into shape when you move off of it, just as it should. The velour covers are easy to remove and wash, and the velcro straps are wide and firmly attached. I am super-impressed with the quality of of this pillow set and am very happy I chose it.

I have acid reflux and was looking for great, comfortable pillows that would elevate my head. This orthopedic bed wedge pillow set was exactly what I needed instead of having to stack up two to three pillows together. I like the material on the cover. It's breathable and keeps me from getting hot while asleep. And also, I like that I can attach and remove the attached pillow. Overall, I am glad that I got this pillow, and it reduced my acid reflux while sleeping.

The material used for the cover on the cushions is so soft! It is easy to set up the cushion into different configurations with the instruction booklet. It didn't come with a storage bag as indicated in the booklet but I don't think I would use it anyway. The item shipps in a small box and the cushions are shrink-wrapped. After a few minutes, the cushions we ready to use. There is no odor like some of these types of items. I will enjoy using this one to prop myself up in the bed to watch tv.

After letting it adjust after being freed from it's plastic prison it set up nicely. The covers zip off making it easy to clean when needed. They are comfortable to use. Perfect to watch tv with, at least with my setup. The included instructions show you different ways to use them together. Pretty simple to figure out though. The foam is dense enough to support my 326lbs. It didn't collapse or flatten out on me. No major off gassing. Overall construction is very good.While I don't use it for recovery from surgery or pain relief I definitely see the versatility of it in that application. The adjustability of the sections is perfect for this depending on your needs. Everything attaches and holds well with the velcro.

I wish foam wasn't so expensive. I ordered this wedge pillow to help with my apnea. So far it seems to be working but I keep sliding down and have to push myself back up. The two halves of wedges also do not stay stuck together enough. The velcro doesn't hold very well. Waking up in the morning and the wedges are sometimes shifted completely off. Its annoying to have to fix it in the middle of the night too.

I need to sleep elevated during allergy season because my post nasal drip is so bad. This wedge set/elevated pillow set is great for this purpose and is still comfortable to lay on. I wanted to point out (because I was nervous about it) that the bottom of the wedge lays really nicely against a mattress and I don't feel any lumps underneath my back. I don't like sleeping on anything lumpy and was nervous that I would feel where the wedge starts (linear line) on my back. I was so happy that was not the case.These wedge sets are expensive, but this one is probably one of the more cost effective sets I have found on the internet.

I am in love with this bed wedge pillow set. I got it to use when I want to sit up in my bed to watch TV or use my laptop. I like that there are several different variations that you can do with the set. They are very comfortable  .

This arrived vacuumed into a compact package.  After unwrapping and letting expand overnight, it was just as pictured.  This is SO comfortable, offering amazing support and has a very soft cover.  I love to use this as opposed to a mountain of pillows when reading or watching TV.  It can be positioned and rearranged to be used lying with your head slightly elevated all the way to sitting up.  I have joint pain and have also split it and used one section for my head and another to elevate my knees to reduce pain.  My wife and I have also found other creative uses for this handy item, but I can not go into detail and still have this review approved but...I'm sure you get it.  My wife and I both eye it as soon as we get into bed, and she usually ends up with it so...I'll definitely be ordering another for myself.  Get this.  You'll love it!

I’ve had a few of these over the years now and this one is by far the best one I have owned yet! I have auto immune disorders and often suffer with severe body pains and joint issues. So these types of pillows and props are absolutely necessary for me. The fact that this is four pillows and one that you can adjust and use in different ways as needed is fantastic! I can now change the level that I am propping myself up or use different pi for different body parts at the same time. It holds its shape perfectly and I have no dips or indentation. This product comes as described and helps my mother in law who suffers from multiple dislocated disks, pinch nerve and arthritis. As you know, people who suffer from back and legs pain, you need to find just thr right position everyday and these provide it. Very happy with this. It's firm yet soft and they're easy to spot clean.

Bought this to help sleep while recovering from a rib injury. The support offered is great, but it’s on the small side. I’m 5’6 and change, with a medium length torso and it’s just a bit to short to support both my low back and head, I have to use additional pillows to make up for the length.

I am so glad I chose this wedge pillow.  It's perfect.  It actually is memory foam and not some cheap foam product.  I am always reluctant when purchasing certain items on Amazon, not knowing if I will receive what's described in the specs.  So far, so good.  No complaints.

I use this on my reclining sofa as my lower back would hurt after being reclined for a while. Problem solved.

We used this as post-back surgery support for recovering at home. At the hospital, they provide reclining beds, and they recommend that you stay in a sitting position to recover faster from back surgery. However, we have regular beds at home and needed a good solution.These pillows are very easy to use and keep clean. They attach via large velcro strips. You have the option of removing the smaller cushions or rearranging them as needed.In terms of the material, they don't make you uncomfortably warm. Since you are on bed rest for at least a week, sweating, etc., can be an issue. These pillows seem to regulate the temperate and make it comfortable.The pillows are also very firm, which is nice! We were afraid that the cushions would lose their structure or form after a few days of use, but two weeks into it, they performed as well as the first day.Overall, these pillows are an excellent solution for making the recovery process more easier and tolerable (especially if you don't have a reclining bed).

My favorite thing about this wedge pillow is how versatile it is, I am able to split it in two and use one for back support and one for leg support. My boyfriend uses this pillow when he plays video games and loves using it better than his gaming chair. The memory foam is sturdy and conforms perfectly to both of our body types (5'2me) (him 6'2). The only things I wasn't a fan of was the velcro strap covers, I tend to loose them often and sometimes if I move around too much the velcro strap comes undone without the covers. The back and neck support pillows can only go on the top or bottom of the wedge pillows so I can't use them properly for more back support. You are able to remove the covers if you need to wash them and the bottom side of the each wedge pillow has a non slip side that has been able to grip well to our backboard, couch and floor.

I have severe acid reflux and RA. These pillows have helped me to achieve a better sleep by helping me to be able to custom fit them for my needs. Very well made and sturdy .
