This is an interesting piece of equipment. I think it is a good idea as recovery equipment. It seems to help relieve so muscles, especially leg muscles. It vibrates surprisingly hard. It can be used for other workouts but it is mainly a vibration pad. I’m not sure how much it will be incorporated into my daily routines.

First off, I greatly appreciate that this came with the handle, because my balance is terrible. It helps SO much to have the handle there to even just touch to bring my balance back when standing on the platform. The whole thing was easy and quick to assemble, and it's simple to operate. The accessories are quite nice, though I haven't used them just yet. I've only stood on the platform for a few sessions today. The vibration feels great in my feet and legs, and it feels like it's helped my circulation and muscles - exactly what I ordered it for. I'll update my review with any changes that might come up.

With the busy life that most of us have, it is practically impossible to go to the gym. This device is being very useful, perfect, it fits anywhere, practical, I even use it watching TV. Great value for money, I recommend it to everyone.

A couple of years ago I bought a vibration pad in attempt to help with my dad's poor circulation. He never used it, but I have. And this vibration pad is a great upgrade to the one I have been using.I love the adjustable handle bar that creates a MUCH safer user experience. I also love that the stretch handles attach to the SIDES (not the front), because this also creates a safer user experience.This pad also comes with some nice accessories like lightweight resistance bands and a cell phone holder, but I can't imagine doing anything on my cell phone when this pad is vibrating...lol.The handle bar system is thick, strong metal and attaches very securely. It's quite easy to attach to the unit (hardware and tools are included). The handlebar also vibrates, so I think it should only be attached if it will be used...that is my personal opinion, of course.The remote control requires two AAA batteries (not included) and works great. The vibrating pad itself seems to be very nice quality and has great vibration power.I love this vibration pad and recommend it without reservation, with a 5-Star rating for a quality product.

Gets your body right

I have poor circulation a long with other health issues making it hard to get out to walk. This vibration plate has been great for the days I just can't do it. If it is a really rough day, I ca even use it sitting on the couch. It is easy to move from room to room if you need to. It has a handlebar to help steady yourself. It also came with straps to use.

Size is smaller than I expected but it is good quality. Performance is great to get the job done when the exercising. Great value

This platform is easily assembled and relatively well built. A phone holder allows you to listen to music or watch videos or movies during your workout. It even includes a remote for complete control and preset programs. A very useful user manual is included that is very informative with plenty of informative pictures. The included workout items can be used to increase exercise resistance and energy burned. This platform will help with recovery from long hard workouts so you will feel better tomorrow. If you still have a little stiffness lie or sit on the platform for a soothing massage. Smaller, it stores easily and is easier to use in smaller homes or apartments. A long time diabetic, I love the fact that this device increases blood flow in my feet and legs. I highly recommend this product for its many health benefits.

This is my first vibration plate and so far I like it! Very easy to set up, clear instructions and lots of accessories. I have looked at other plates and most do not include a handlebar so this one is far superior to the rest! My balance isn't what it used to be and I am very grateful for the bar plus the remote control makes this so easy for me to use. Very happy with this purchase!

I like how easy it is to use. It takes about 2 minutes to assemble. Great workout. It has a lot of options. I feel like I spent hours in a gym in 15 minutes. Great value!

I kind of tried this on a whim, because I had heard from a friend that it is helpful for weight loss. I was skeptical about this, but I also thought it would be fun to try, and I am so glad I ordered this! This vibration plate has a bunch of different programs that change the vibration speed, and to my surprise it can feel like a really good work out. Even more to my surprise, this helps with various pains I was having in my legs, including knee pain. It also is pretty fun to do basic exercises on, and if you do a plank, it seems like it helps massage your shoulders and neck. I’ve used this a bunch of times now and it performs consistently and I’ve had no issues with his functionality. It’s really fun and this particular machine is pretty affordable, so I’m happy to give it five stars.

I have fibromyalgia and all sorts of other issues. I have a hard time getting enough exercise to actually help me without wearing myself down or hurting myself.This vibration plate has been great. I can use it easily for brief periods of time and at the very least feel like I have gotten my circulation in my legs going better. Sometimes I just sit down on a chair and put my feet on it and turn it on, which seems to help too. I haven’t tried exercises yet with the resistance bands. I’m taking it slowly with this machine. So far, I am happy with how it works. Time will tell how it helps in the long run with my muscle strength.

I haven’t used this long enough yet to notice any long term fitness effects but it feels like it gives a pretty good workout. I like that I can just use it while watching tv and that it’s pretty simple and basic. The setup was a bit annoying just because I loathe putting anything together at all but overall the process was not bad lol. It’s worth a try if you’re looking for something small for your place where you can still get decent full body movement in.

For years I've been hearing how beneficial one of these vibrating workout machines are. I mean it's not much of a workout but it's actually effective as my friend swears for years to it. The machine didn't have much to assemble  - just requires screwing on the rod/handle bar. The vibration plate is heavy & sturdy enough to hold it's place and your weight on it. Very easy to use - just hop on and adjust the settings. It'll start to vibrate and feels really funny. Generally your upper half of your body won't be shaking as much as the lower half. At first I felt dizzy when I got off of an intensity of 18. I think 10 is the sweet spot for me and now I feel like my body is more loosened up, just feels a lot better. It's not that hard to balance on the plate and the handle there is helpful to have if you need to balance yourself. This is such an amazing machine, especially for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to be active - even just 10 minutes of this will help get your fluids circulating in your body and eventually burn that belly fat, and you don't have to do any exercise! Bonus for the resistance bands that come with it. You can do extra curls and other arm exercises to work it out.

This is the second vibration plate I've owned so I only have the one other to really compare it too, but despite that I am confident in my review of this specific product. This is an awesome vibration plate! Actually, it's more than just a vibration plate. It has magnetic acupoints for your feet as well as resistance bands for your arms. It's a great way to get your body moving and your blood flowing to get your day started or even a means of aiding in full body recovery. The remote comes in handy for when you're in the middle of using it and you don't want to bend over while your entire body is in motion. Lastly, the handle is a huge help! My other vibration plate does not have one, so I've had to make sure to use it close to a tall counter or table incase I were to loose my balance, which does happen. I have noticed that not many of these even have that as an option so it's a bonus I highly appreciate. I would most definitely recommend this vibration plate to anyone looking for a great way to get in a great full body jiggle!!

My son and my wife just love this machine it is compact and easily fits in my son's bedroom for workouts. It's sturdy and seems durable. He's enjoyed the workout provided, including the vibration.

This thing really shakes you up, makes my legs feel like Jell-O in just a few minutes of use! Excited to see how well it works over time! Comes with quite a few things to help add to your work out, but I've just liked to use it without the bar makes it more discrete and easier to put away.

My massage therapist has a vibration plate machine and I really like using it in her office. So when I saw this become available, I snapped it up. It was easy to put together and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It works the fine muscles and helps increase blood flow to my legs and feet. It’s a great addition to my stationary bike, elliptical and free weights.

I ordered based off what I have heard about them. Well I can say that everything I had been told about this vibration plate and read is pretty accurate. It comes with a little remote (batteries not included) for adjusting the speeds along with a handle and 2 different types of resistance bands. The resistance bands are ok but doesn't have a lot of resistance to them so I will get another set for that. You will get the same workout as if you had gone for a walk, jog or run and you will be able to feel the burn in your legs as it works the muscles. It can be used for different workouts as well. It's lightweight enough to be able to move it without any issues. Overall I'm pleased with my order and would recommend this.

This works great so easy to use. I love adding it to my workout routine. The vibration seems to get my blood flowing great for my New Year’s resolution.

I've had a similar unit from another brand that was getting noisy, so I replaced it with this one. There are many reasons to use this but for me, being a diabetic, it helps to circulate my blood. I can really feel the difference when I get off. Works as well as my previous one with various speeds and settings...and you can adjust your stance to increase the strength. Big difference is the inclusion of the handlebars for added stability and the convenience of a phone holder. The remote looks identical to my other unit, so I suspect it's probably the same factory making these. This one is less expensive than the one I had and offer the noted improvements.

The vibration plate is easy to turn on with your foot while standing on it. It has an attachable handle so you can hang on if you don't feel stable. It came with resistance bands to enhance the workout. It also has a phone holder, but honestly it vibrates too much for me to really watch my phone while on it. If you stand with feet towards the outside it's a stronger workout than if you have them closer in. It's story easy to store under the bed when not in use.
