I'm really happy about this vibration plate, it's like getting a massage, pain relief, and exercise in one! I was researching the benefits of vibration plates and it's not only excellent for circulation, but it engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously, leading to time-efficient full-body workouts. It also improves circulation, which can aid in muscle recovery.Supposed to be good for joint issues, helps with bone density, boosts metabolism and burns calories. What's there not to like?I love that it also comes with a handlebar, magnetic acupoints, bluetooth speakers, and extras as well like resistance bands and phone holder. It also comes with a remote to control your session.After the first few sessions, I feel much better and I'm really excited to start including this in my daily routine.

The workout machine is a great product. I like that it has a few different features to work different areas of your body. The base vibrates and it comes with resistance bands. The base has a handle and a phone holder. The quality is good and the price is reasonable I would recommend it

Assembly was easy, I was excited to try this machine out.However, the instructions state to turn the switch on then you can put it on standby with the remote.I put new batteries in the remote and turned the machine on. It vibrates well, but there is no power in the screen. I tried pushing all the buttons and the remote doesn't seem to be communicating with the machine, either.I've sent an email to customer service asking if I did anything incorrectly. Pending response.Will update review if/when I hear back.Update...contacted cs and they state they will send a replacement out.Update: received my replacement today as they advised and it works! It's amazing! Turning it on, you can immediately pair it to your Bluetooth. It had different programs and comes with suggested workouts with pictures.I love this!Excellent customer service.

I’ve owned other vibration plates so understand - I Know What I’m Talking About. 😇This has accessories that others don’t. Ie; Handlebar, magnetic Acupoints, Resistance Bands, Phone Holder, Preset Peograms. So good job on the extras. Now for some potential issues; Do Not know Weight Limit. (If you’re a big person, like me, be cautious until you know the weight limit). Also, the resistance bands are of fairly cheap quality. How do I know that? I’ve ordered the exact same ones and be careful, they can break. Know also that although putting on the phone holder is simple enough to figure out, there are no instructions to doing that on assembly instructions. The footprint of this plate is somewhat smaller than others. It held my size ok, but just know it is smaller than most. The phone holder will accommodate all regular phones but if you have a pop socket you’re outta luck unless it’s removed. The Bluetooth works nicely and has speakers. The machine has 99 speed levels and 9 presets. Pretty standard. And if you’ve never used one of these, I would recommend to anyone. They get your blood pumping and make sure you don’t get too stiff. With everything noted, this is a good unit. 👍

I'm very pleased, so far, with this vibration board. It has rubber type feet on the bottom, as well as little pads, so it helps to stabilize it and not rock or walk across the floor when in use. It's also fairly quiet even on my hardwood floor. I've ordered a pad to go under it for when I move it to my exercise room just to ensure the floor doesn't get damaged over time. I can hear the TV perfectly while using it.The Bluetooth feature is nice to run podcasts through or music. It paired quickly.It was easy to assemble. Very straightforward, except for the phone holder. There were no instructions for that.I love that it comes with a set of bands to attach and work out your arms while using it, and it also comes with resistance bands that I use for my legs and arms.The remote works well and all of the functions work as they should.I've used it three times so far on walk mode for ten minutes each time. Time will tell if I feel like it's helping in any area. But the machine itself I'm very happy with!

I am so excited about this Lunix LX18 vibration plate. I use it while watching TV and it's quieter than I expected. Assembly was easy and quick. Instructions are fairly clear and have illustrations. I like that I have total control over the vibration speed(1-99) and time (1-20 min.). It also has 3 preset vibration speeds that I can choose with a quick press of a button on the remote or 9 preset program vibration speed settings I can choose from. The display is easy to read and bright. The remote has a few more operational options like a pause button and a speed toggle button. The platform can also connect to Bluetooth devices so I can listen to music while exercising. It comes with 3 stretch resistance bands and two resistance pull bands that attach to the platform. The platform can be operated with or without the handlebar. They also included in the manual illustrated exercises you can perform on the platform.

I work for a chiropractor and we have one of these machines at our office. But of course it’s more on the higher end side so I decided to try this because I have a lot of lower back problems and this has been helping. It has different settings to where it almost feels like you’re getting a workout but if you’re not careful and use them in the wrong way, you could potentially hurt yourself. The first few times getting off this machine I felt like I was still wiggling and my legs weren’t as stable. But as I’ve been using it, it’s been getting a little bit better. The purpose of this machine is to reduce muscle soreness help with muscle toning and strength. Like in your legs and core. It can also help with circulation. I’ve only been on it a few times and I can’t honestly see a difference but I know things take time, so I’ll come back with an update.

It's an interesting device that does what it says, which is something I didn't expect. You can definitely feel the burn rapidly and it does help with recovery after a long walk or run. I've also noticed a difference with my low back pain, which is unexpected as well. Would recommend - especially if you get amusement from making weird noises while being shaken about.

This vibration plate is well constructed and very sturdy. It has many, many different vibration levels to fit any users needs. The handle bar is a nice added touch that can be removed if you want but is great if you have balance issues. I did take off a star because the 2 resistance bands with handles that are included are useless because they have absolutely zero resistance.

I have enjoyed using this in my home gym. I use it before and after my workouts. This is great for getting my circulation going and warming up my muscles. You can use the resistance bands while using this and other exercise movements. Comes with lots of accessories.

I’ve worked in therapy clinics that had these and I thought they were fun to use, it wasn’t until I started using them for my body sculpting clients that I realized how great these shake plates are for helping with stagnant lymph fluid, especially for women who carry weight in their legs. I am no longer working at a clinic so I’m really glad I can have this available to me now.Set up was a breeze, honestly the phone holder was the only part I had trouble with because it took some muscle to get the screw to close so it could wrap around the top bar. I am using the cell phone holder to hold the remote as you can see in the picture because I always lose remotes….The machine is great, and the manual offers various options and exercises that can you can use while on this, I’d suggest starting slow. Some of them are you standing on one foot and such so I can imagine not everyone being able to do that while on a shake plate. Just standing with your legs in different positions and the level of intensity of the machine Will simulate walking, jogging, or running.Again I’m thrilled to have this and highly suggest this for anyone to have in home, it’s suitable for everyone.

I was more intrigued, than anything, when I decided to give this a try. The vibration plate works really well and the machine itself feels heavy duty. It is a compact machine, but has quite a bit of weight to it. At first I was approaching the claimed benefits as a skeptic, but after using it for more than a week, I really do feel like I can tell a difference in the amount of swelling that I normally have in my lower extremities. It does take a little bit to get accustomed to the feel of the plate. It feels awkward at first, but after the a few times, it it simple to use and it's simple to keep a steady balance. The support handle could stand to be a little sturdier, but still better than nothing. I have not had it long enough to know if there will be any long term benefits from consistent use, but I plan on giving it a run for its money. I can already tell that my legs (and their swelling), hip and lower back feel as though I have had a good massage and everything is ""loose"". Overall, if it does nothing more than it already has, I am completely happy with it.

I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item.I have been wanting a vibration plate for some time. This one upon opening seems like something only a rich person could buy.The device is simple to put together and has a detailed instruction book. The book also includes an exercise guide which was a nice inclusion since there are not many guides regarding this product.The included handle bar is great since not many vibration plates have one. The handle bar is also adjustable for different heights. The device has adjustable settings on both the plate and an included remote, as well as three preprogrammed options for walking, jogging, and running. An additional bonus is that the device has bluetooth speakers. They are kind of mid in quality, you will not find Bass or anything but they will do the job if you do not have a bluetooth speaker already.One con I will not is that the device does talk to alert you of various modes and settings. The device speaks Chinese at some points, and very broke English at other points. It's a shame they felt they needed voiced mode alerts since with a device like this it really isn't needed. The moment I heard the Chinese voice the luxurious feeling I was getting from this device went away. I would like to also note I have nothing against the Chinese language, but it's not exactly a nice Chinese voice like you would hear in Genshin Impact or a C- Drama, if you get what I mean.Whether vibration plates work for weight loss or not, this device definitely feels like it is doing something. I was skeptical of the idea behind vibration plates due to that one scene in Disney's Carousel of Progress where the daughter has dug out a Workout shaker device that the father says was popular in the last century but does not work. I will have to look more into the research behind them.All of my rambling out of the way, I am pleased with this product.

I ordered this on a whim and after doing some light research I am very happy I did. There are many benefits to using a vibrational plate. This one just happens to be a good price and comes with a good set of extras. I couldn't get the phone holder to attach to the handle bar as it was slightly thicker with the padding but I wasn't really going to be using it anyways so I'm ok without it. The settings go from 1 to 99 to simulate walking, jogging, or running. The vibrations are very strong so you can definitely get a good workout. The machine itself is very sturdy and I like that it has a remote that you can use once you're on the machine. The handlebar is very convenient which makes this perfect for beginners. It comes with 3 stretch bands and 2 resistance straps that attach to the machine. This machine is definitely a good addition to any home gym especially if you have an elderly person so they can work out comfortably at home.

This is a MUST HAVE addition to your work out routines & regimens. I've been using this Lunix vibration plate system for a few weeks now. I started incorporating it into my pilates workouts at home & yoga stretching. In the mornings. The biggest change I've noticed is that it has helped so much with my blood circulation. Also, my body feels like it's had an overall better & more thorough workout on days that I use the vibration plate. It's fairly easy to set up. The set system comes with multiple accessories & basically is a complete beginner set for someone who wants to try incorporating a vibration plate to their workouts. I have slowly been researching the benefits & downsides to vibration plates, so as I learn more, I'll be incorporating more workout techniques using this vibration plate. It's very versatile & it's durable. Very well made & high quality design.

My son's really into health and fitness lately, so I got him this kind of on a whim. The whole 'vibrating board' thing is something that has interested me for a while, so I'm looking forward to getting onto this. Since it's a Christmas gift, I only opened and used it briefly.It's easy to setup and get going right out of the box. There are resistance bands included, which are decent quality and very useful for amping up a workout.The board itself seems like decent quality. My son is sixteen, so he'll get plenty of use out of it and he'll be able to decide if he likes it for the vibrating benefits or if he'll just use it as a step up platform or lunge platform. I like the vibration. It's fun and it did seem to add more resistance to the short workout routine I tried out, since you're encouraged to tense up and hold a solid form while doing squats, etc. This is good for stretching, as a push up board, for lunges, for crunches to rest your feet on, for elevated crunches to kind of balance on, though that does get a bit tricky while it's shaking. However, it is a good time, lol.I think this is pretty cool to add to an existing gym and it's a decent price to give this type of workout machine a try without breaking the bank. I'm happy that we got it and I can't wait to play around with this on Christmas morning.

It works as advertised but I am not sure it actually does anything. It is fun to use but I haven't seen any results that I did not expect from my other exercises. I will say it does good keeping the kids entertained while I use other equipment thay I do not want them using.

I have better recovery if I add vibration sessions after my workout. This unit gives me the same results as the big machine at my Planet Fitness. I did need try it out on several different floor types and ultimately found it quietest on my basement floor.

I ordered this because I’ve seen similar machines in a cosmetic dermatologists office for cellulite. So, I was interested to try it at home for a fraction of the cost. The platform and vibration of this device are also very similar to the one I’d tried in a professional office. The hand weights and anything else are just an added bonus. So I’m trying to use this 2-3 times a week and we’ll see what happens. I do feel it in my glutes after only 2 days.

I've had this for awhile now and have been hesitant to leave a review because I was undecided on how well it works. But after a few months I've decided I love it. The concept is simple, it vibrates at different intensities, and i think it is supposed to stimulate your muscles in the same way as a walk or run would at different settings. And i don't know about all that but it has really helped my back. I don't know the science behind it but standing in it for 15 minutes makes my feel back feel so much better and for that it is worth it and I would highly recommend it.
