Have made my purchases through Sara. No, didn’t get a discount but since I knew her from my days of playing tennis in Greensboro, I have always called her for my products. These full knee compression sleeves have been great for me. Have turned several of my tennis friends onto Body Helix, as well. Have also been at tourneys around the State and have referred others, including physicians, to Body Helix. Love that I can purchase a high quality product from a local USA company. They stand behind their products ! If you try a product and need a different size or a different type of compression; you can return it for exchange or refund (I do suggest you read how to make the return so your product replacement reaches you quickly). I should be an ambassador for Body Helix as there are several of their items in my sport’s bag. Use for tennis, walking and jogging. Both of these in the photo are the same but are reversible to wear as black or teal. Do suggest following the sizing guidelines or call for questions. ♥️♥️♥️
Hiking the Camino, a 500 mile pilgrimage from France into Spain last year caused my knee to start hurting on day 4 of 33. My husband had brought his Body Helix knee wrap along "just in case". I was worried we would have to quit, but this wrap saved our trip! I can't say enough good things about it and we just bought a second so I would have one if I needed it. Thanks for a great product-it was washed everyday and hung in the sun to dry with all the clothes and looks as good as new.
First I haven't received it yet so if it wasn't for that I already have probably 20 various products of yours I wouldn't be able to give you a review. Since I do though your product is great. The one problem I have is discounts. When I get a notice to take advantage of a discount I can't seem to use it when I check out.

My Full Knee Compression sleeve has given me the support I needed to get back to running after a knee injury last fall. The compression is amazing and flexible which is something I wasn't finding in the knee brace I have been wearing post-injury. My 16 year old son is a competitive swimmer (breast stroke and IM) and has been having knee pain during some serious recent growth. We bought one for each knee, and he feels like it’s great stability and compression for recovery. We tried another neoprene sleeve first, but it stretched out during wear. These do not and keep a good, snug fit. Glad we tried them!
I ordered a size too large for my husband who has lost weight. The exchange was not communicated to the vendor and the new knee helix has taken a long time to arrive.

I can't tell if you are reviewing the actual product or if you are reviewing the returns and exchange process. Sorry for the confusion with the exchange. We are the manufacturer and shipper of the product. Some of the confusion may have come becuase there was no indication inside of the package that you wanted an exchange instead of a refund. Thank you for pointing out to us that in the future we need to make sure every customer doing a return knows that they must state on the packing slip whether they are returning or exchaning. Before we did contacless returns, that was our policy. Now that we have instated the contactless returns, we will need to tweak the email each customer receives.

I have to older Body Helix so good enough to get repeat business, but receipt didn't contain full date of purchase for FSA. Also braces are noticeably thinner than they use to be.
Thank you for your honest feedback. We appreciate your business and that you took the time to let us know your level of satisfaction. I have emailed you so we can get you the receipt you need.
As for the issue with the material, we had a few sheets of material shipped to us that were too thin. I take full responsibility for not catching the defective material until after a some of the products had been cut, decalled, sewn, and shipped. I have contacted our supplier about the issue and sent a defective sheet back to them for inspection.
We have worked with the same material supplier for over 15 years. They have had incredibly high standards and great quality control over the 15 years we have worked with them. So, we are confident that this was a mistake they will rectify and that future orders will contain that same amazing 3mm material that we have always used. In the interim, we will gladly replace the items that you feel were thinner than you expected. I have included that information in the email I sent you.
As a side note, as soon I realized what had happened, I had each of my emplyees choose one piece of compression to wear for the day. I chose the Full Knee because that is our best seller. I had them choose a body part that had a left and right. One side they wore the regular thickness. The other side they wore the thinner product. I had them report back. None of us could tell a difference between the compression of the 3mm product and of the slightly thinner product. That is a testiment to the stertch and elasticity of the material. It doesn't change the unboxing experience if you own another of our products that is the correct thickness. Nor does it excuse the error of some of them leaving the building after we had sewn them. But, it does indicate that you should not feel any less compression and support.

Full Knee Helix
Found the shoulder sleeve because needed a compression sleeve to get through my final year of men’s volleyball, couldn’t find anything that would work and then found BodyHelix . It worked so good when I started developing jumpers knee just before season thought I would try out the patella and knee sleeve and have worked wonderfully. Have had the shoulder sleeve for 5/6 months now and the knee and patella sleeve for 2 months only thing I would say about the shoulder sleeve is if using often the Velcro part of the sleeve wears off after 6 months just had to buy more but very much worth it, this product is not just for pickleball but volleyball too!
I was introduced to the full knee Helix compression sleeve at a pickleball tournament three years ago. Great support for any type of knee injuries and I use them in conjunction with a full knee brace. I don’t use any other compression sleeves other than Helix.
This is my second Body Helix knee sleeve.
It is comfortable and supportive. No sliding.
I’ve tried other sleeves, even from doctor’s office, and this is the best.
This sleeve (for my knee) is so comfortable--not itchy (my last one was), breathable, good compression, and it's been helpful in reducing the swelling. Helix was recommended by my physical therapist and I'm glad to have it.

I have been using Body Helix compression sleeves for many years after getting a free sample from my physical therapist. They are good for keeping joints, muscles and other connective tissue warm and to control swelling. They are useful for both preventing injuries and recovering from injuries. They aid in
proprioception as well. They are well constructed. Ordering and shipment were fast and easy.
My Husband and I are both avid players. I play 4 days a week. I use your products and I think they are the best. Using your knee sleeve now. We are 4.0 4.5 rated players so your product is very helpful with a recovering injury.
This was much too tight despite measuring at the knee. My thunder thighs needed more space and they have yet to get back to me on an exchange. If you have thick legs I'd go bigger, mine calf literally changed color for circulation cut off.

Love the compression wrap! Discovered it at a recent tournament and thought I would give it a try because after a few games, my 70 year old knee was starting to swell and feel a little gritty. Anyway, I finished 10 doubles games and some singles (alot of pickleball for me) without even thinking about my knee. Later, I realized I had no pain. The next morning I did not have the usual stiffness or need to ice. I plan to throw out all my other wraps and braces.
Body Helix has the best compression products. I have bought several sleeves (ankle, knee, wrist, shoulder) over the years and have been very pleased each time. I also like the hydration drink.
Its still good liked the original material better. Noticed there is a difference in the black and the blue colors as far as thickness goes do not know why?
I have now purchased 4 of the knee compression brace . I was talked into buying the first one at a tournament , but honestly had little faith it would help . It seemed so light and minimal but I played the rest of the tournament with it on and my knee felt good. I questioned myself if it was me telling myself it worked since I paid more than I thought I should for it. But I have kept wearing it and it’s the best piece of adaptive equipment I have ever bought so now I have 4 . My fear is that they will change it lol .. do I’m stock piling . It really works !!
This is a great product - very well made doesn’t slide - stays put - very good stability - really helps with the arthritic knee issues and enables me to move and exercise more freely - would recommend to anyone
I have used the Helix for both knees. Except for being warm in hot weather, they do make my knee pain less. Able to tolerate.
