Very sturdy and an important accessory to my powerlifting training allowing me to overload and keep shoulders safe.

I bought this with 2 goals, increasing my strength by letting me push heavier weights with assistance, and to increase my longevity. I know that once you get past a certain amount of weight you are more likely to get injured. I bought this to keep my form perfect and reduce my risk of injury. So far it does both of those things and I am happy with the purchase. However the sizing chart was not quite right. I ordered an XL even though the sizing chart said that I should order 2XL and I bought the right size.

Its great! Helps w my shoulder pain when doing press movements. Its everything I hoped it would be.

This thing is awesome. I wish I had bought one years ago. It gets me out of the bottom just enough to press heavy weight for more reps than I could normally. It also allows me to press heavier than I could. It's a great training aid. I look forward to using this for the life of my bench training.

It allows me to bench heavier than I normally could, and for more reps on a particular weight. I can't wait to see how this helps my max. Would definitely buy again. It's well made, too. I can tell it's not a cheap product.

Great product. Allows me to workout with an injured shoulder. This is the 3rd one I’ve bought. I’ve got personal records with reps and max.

I ordered mine and it is delivering next week. However there was a guy at gym that had one this morning. Since I had it on order I asked him what he thought. Funny he had every size. I tried the yellow one since that is the one I bought. I just hit my one rep max on Thursday at 285. I attempted 290 a few minutes later and failed. I put 295 with him spotting me and it was like butter. It was like Christmas morning at 7 years old. I was so happy and literally shocked that this product is so legit. Highly recommend and can’t wait for mine to arrive to help build confidence with these heavier weights.

I have really bad shoulder pain from motorcycle wrecks. The sling shot is the only reason why I can’t still bench press anything. Even 95lbs hurts without my sling

This is a real game changer guys. . unbelievable how it works. ZERO shoulder pain involved. i have let a few folks try it. hopefully they will order one ! i also bought the knee sleeves. they help but not the same as the sling shot. i felt they were a bit pricey though. . . keep up the good work guys. im happy to help and promete anyway i can for you ! Great product, I was sidelined by a shoulder impingement that wouldn’t allow me to achieve full range of motion on the bottom of my press. Today I pressed 335 for 12! I may even get 405 one more time before my time is up!

I’m able to move an impressive amount of weight for my age only because I rely on this tool for not only my spotter but for my technique. I would never try to do what I do, especially seeing as I have to lift by myself to without the assistance of this product.

I'm a 72 year old competitive powerlifter and the slingshot helps me get over a plateau by allowing me to increase some heavy reps at the end of a workout. I like this more than chains and it's a nice compliment to bands.

First, worth the money. It’s like having a spotter without a spotter. Been able to improve on chest. I have developed crazy triceps due to helping with close bench. Keeps elbow close will doing close bench. Great tool in helping improve

I am a 6'5" 260lb powerlifter and the 3XL slingshot fits great. The full boar was the right call for my weight range and training protocol and so far I'm loving the fit. Hopefully the PR sees a huge jump in a few months!

I've been lifting since high school . Not much out there for protecting a i jury. I use the elbow sleeves and the sling shot for flat benching. It's a lifesaver for me. I was going heavy up to the age of 57. 95lb dumbells on flat and 85's on incline. But getting older caught up to me. Pain in my elbows and shoulders. So I lightened the load. Thank God, for your sling shot & elbow sleeves . Now I can continue to do dumbell bench press. A little lighter weight but very happy with your product. Me & Brian Shaw 4x worlds strong man

I have had several different sling shots and they all assist with bench presses. I use size large even though I am 5'8" 145 pounds.

Only after using the full bore slingshot did I realize how much I was hurting my shoulders trying to keep up with my teenagers on the bench press..
