Puzzling online shopping experience

1. After placing the order I was expecting a confirmation but No! Nothing! Weird! Suspicious!
2. Getting back on their website the cart was not updated and it showed differently multiple times and finally the cart was empty.
3. Why I visited the website multiple times? There's No responses from the Live Chat at all even nothing the next day. Isn't it ironic? So I started to decide the order cancellation based on 1 & 2.
3. No responses for the previous messages or processing the cancellation.
And the transaction is pending through the coming Monday. Otherwise no signs of updates on the order from them.

Good customer response when I mentioned that I submitted the wrong address for delivery, however, after I was told my address was corrected, it did not change on the site and it went to the incorrect address.

UPDATE November 30, 2025. We have implemented an easy way for customers to edit their address for up to two hours after an order is placed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We really appreciate it, and I want to clarify what happened with your address change so you know exactly where things went wrong.

When you reached out, our team let you know that we would do our best to update the address. Because this item ships directly from one of our third-party partners, we are not able to edit the order ourselves once it enters their system. In this case, the vendor shipped the package very quickly, which meant the address could not be updated in time even though we tried to intervene before it went out.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we are reviewing how we communicate these situations so expectations are clearer moving forward. We are also exploring better ways to allow address updates when possible, although this can vary based on the vendor.

Great for gluten free living

As someone with many dietary restrictions, I had given up on the thought of having most of the goodies from my prior life. These cookies are a delicious reminder that treats can be allergy safe without sacrificing taste and texture. I highly recommend them for anyone with OR without gluten restrictions!

I was obsessing over the protein brownies and then I tried the protein cookies - now I have BOTH on autodelivery each month! I love that they have no cane sugar and are a yummy high protein treat.

We didn't like any of them. Weird texture and taste. But I did find someone that liked them so I didn't have to throw them out, which is a shame. You do however, have a new customer so that works out!!

They're alright, but after the amazing brownies I was disappointed. The consistency was more like a protein bar, and they had a weird aftertaste. Still not bad, but I won't order them again.

We have been conducting a taste test of all the products including the protein cookie, the protein brownie, the walnut brownie, the brookie, the peanut butter brownie, and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and we have loved every single one! Even my skeptical children absolutely loved them! We are regular customers now and I make sure to have a healthy Sweet Addisons option available at all times.

The Greatest Baked Good Ever Concocted

I'm so thankful to have opted to try these protein cookies for the first time a few months ago. They have literally become my favorite food to the extent that my girlfriend has to hide them from me so that I don't eat 12 in a day. You might not be as fanatical about them as I am if you're one of the deranged people who prefers a crispy cookie over a soft one; otherwise I'd be hard pressed to imagine a circumstance wherein these protein cookies does not immediately rank among your favorite sweet treats. 17g of protein and 350 cals per cookie allows for the inclusion in nearly any diet and the price is well worth it considering the ingredient quality and deliciousness. Be careful!!
