Puzzling online shopping experience

1. After placing the order I was expecting a confirmation but No! Nothing! Weird! Suspicious!
2. Getting back on their website the cart was not updated and it showed differently multiple times and finally the cart was empty.
3. Why I visited the website multiple times? There's No responses from the Live Chat at all even nothing the next day. Isn't it ironic? So I started to decide the order cancellation based on 1 & 2.
3. No responses for the previous messages or processing the cancellation.
And the transaction is pending through the coming Monday. Otherwise no signs of updates on the order from them.

Good customer response when I mentioned that I submitted the wrong address for delivery, however, after I was told my address was corrected, it did not change on the site and it went to the incorrect address.

UPDATE November 30, 2025. We have implemented an easy way for customers to edit their address for up to two hours after an order is placed. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We really appreciate it, and I want to clarify what happened with your address change so you know exactly where things went wrong.

When you reached out, our team let you know that we would do our best to update the address. Because this item ships directly from one of our third-party partners, we are not able to edit the order ourselves once it enters their system. In this case, the vendor shipped the package very quickly, which meant the address could not be updated in time even though we tried to intervene before it went out.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we are reviewing how we communicate these situations so expectations are clearer moving forward. We are also exploring better ways to allow address updates when possible, although this can vary based on the vendor.

Sweet addison protein brownies are everything I've ever dreamed of they take care of my sweet tooth with very clean ingredients fudgey and chocolatey what else can i say they are everything.

I enjoyed the taste, the fudginess, the dark chocolate. However, they did upset my stomach. I have placed a new order for the regular brownies so I will see if that was the problem, but they were delicious.

Recently, I was diagnosed with a stomach condition and told to be gluten and mostly dairy free. As a person with a huge sweet tooth, that was soul crushing. Finding Sweet Addisons literally saved me. I eat one (or two) of their brownies every single night, and have since gotten my entire family hooked. None of them have allergies or intolerances, but they all prefer sweet addisons to anything else. Thank you for making these I genuinely don't know what I would do without them.

Can't believe how Good!!

I was skeptical because I've tried so many of these types of desserts, usually met with disappointment. But these are SO delicious!!! I figured why not when ordering and am wowed. The brownie is so moist and actually fudgy! Perfect sweet treat or workout snack! I really love that the ingredients are simple and the taste isn't sacrificed because of it!! The chocolate chips melt in your mouth in both the cookies and brownies. Tastes like you just baked them yourself.
