I started getting annoyed at some of the people that say they didn't notice a difference, but not once did I read that they were doing fasted training. Yes you have to use this in conjunction with fasted training, or else it will not work. I trained first thing in the morning in a fasted state and started noticing a difference within 2 weeks. Now it's been almost 2 months and I am blown away by my results. I am clearly seeing ab definition like never before and I am lean all over.

I wake up, take 6 of these on empty stomach and wait 15 to 30 minutes before I workout. Have not seen any difference. Things I noticed after taking Forged and Pulse: 1) A great but not jittery pick me up. 2) A definite curb in my appetite. 3) I've even noticed what some describe as keto breath on and off while taking Forged. This stuff is legit. I haven't had much luck with other preworkout supplements, but taking this for working out in a fasted state is really energizing. I did my first fasted workout with this today and was able to hit a PR on chin-ups. I took the full dose of 8 capsules because I don't usually respond quickly to supplements.
