I had a stick about 15 years ago when I was running cross country in high school. It has always been my favorite massage tool and I am glad I found this new site.

I purchased this because my physical therapist also use this. I have other ones that were similar but they don't work as well. This is the best relief that I have found for my knotted up muscles after my knee surgery.

I have tight IT bands so I got this to help work out some of the knots. This does help quite a bit. I use it on my quads, hamstrings, calves and IT bands. My only complaint is that the plastic spindles are hard and they can be a bit painful on your IT band if you have any inflammation. Other than that, it works exactly as advertised and I'd recommend it.

I bought one of these when I was a high school cross country runner, in either my sophomore or junior year (16/17 years old). Passed around to a bunch of teenagers, shoved in duffel bags, and multiple moves, it still works as well as the day I bought it. Truly a great investment by my teenage self.

Works great at keeping muscles relaxed

Had bad muscle cramps in my calf muscle during a recent trip to Europe. Started using when I got home and could feel results after just two sessions. Now use it as part of daily routine and continue to have great results. No more calf cramps or pain!

Works just as expected. One suggestion is this little stick is pretty small compared to a foam roller. If I was buying another I would probably get the next size bigger.

Easy to use solo or with a partner for those hard to reach areas. Works great on thighs and calves, I sit and roll between sets when strength training. Tried it on upper body once but seemed like more trouble than it was worth.

I had been looking for this type of muscle roller for awhile and while there are many out there, the original is the best quality and a great size for my needs. The bearings in this roller are very smooth operating compared to a cheaper one I bought before this one. The smooth bearings make all the difference. Yes, this one costs more, but you get what you pay for. This one will last much longer. Get the original.

I love the original stick and I recommend it to my clients all the time. I recently tried the smaller travel sized stick and it's plenty big enough and I can put it in my small travel bag!

Would recommend this stick for rolling out sore muscles. I do find the the bearings and rollers to be a bit stiff, but they may loosen up over time with use. Build quality is very good and should last a long time.

This works great. I was worried I wouldn't be able to dig into muscles enough with the flexibility, but I can go plenty hard. I use this more than my foam roller, since I can do it sitting on the couch.
