How to Use

Warnings

• Allergy: Contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Contains ingredients derived from shellfish (glucosamine sulfate = crab and/or shrimp).
• Pregnancy: If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product.
• Chemotherapy: Curcumin has been shown to reduce the therapeutic efficacy of cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan) in animal studies. Curcumin might also interfere with the absorption and efficacy of the chemotherapy drug irinotecan, used to treat colon cancer. The concurrent use of curcumin with these agents should be avoided.
• Anticoagulants: Because bromelain has fibrinolytic effects that potentially inhibit blood clotting, use with caution or avoid in individuals on anticoagulant therapy.
• Do Not Open Capsules: Do not remove the powder from the capsule to take orally, as it can be irritating to the oral mucosa.
