Great lifting belt
I'm 79 years old and I follow the X3 hypertrophy program to the letter. I use the belt for my shallow squats, stiff leg deadlift, overhead press, and regular deadlifts. I really love the belt. I've done bodybuilding, powerlifting, competitive kettle bell lifting. Short of out and out powerlifting competition I don't see how one could go wrong with your belt.

I purchased the Element 26 weight lifting belt - I followed the size chart and got a large, it was definitely too big, I returned it for a medium and have been really pleased with it. I love my new belt! I was old school wearing my thick heavy leather belt on my heavier lifts and struggled to loosen it between sets.
