What is the 7 Mushroom Blend?
Organic Chaga, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Maitake, Shiitake, and Turkey Tail -- all as fruiting-body extracts. Lion's Mane and Cordyceps support focus and endurance; Reishi supports stress adaptation; Chaga, Maitake, Shiitake, and Turkey Tail contribute to overall wellness and immune support.
How much caffeine does it have?
Melting Forest does not publish a specific mg figure. Matcha green tea naturally contains caffeine plus L-Theanine, which typically produces a smoother, calmer lift than coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with a smaller serving.
How do I prepare it?
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to your mug, then add 4 to 7 oz of hot or cold water and stir. Mix in milk, ice, or sweetener of choice if desired.
How does it taste vs regular matcha?
Vibrant and grassy like traditional matcha, with earthy notes from the mushroom extracts. Rhodiola and L-Theanine round out the flavor.
Are there any allergens or dietary restrictions?
The formula is Non-GMO, Vegan, and Kosher, with no major listed allergens. Vendor bullets do not explicitly claim gluten-free -- if you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, contact Melting Forest to confirm.
