I have the longer Blue Stick, but I travel for work and it is not easy to put into my carry-on. The Green unit is perfect. I use it all of the time. Even though it is short, I can hit all of the same muscle groups. It also helps that my favorite color is green : )

If you have tight muscles that are hard to reach (like upper back), this is perfect. It's really easy to use and I roll out my tight muscles a couple times a day. My PT recommend it and it was worth every penny.

This tool is great and really helps roll out my leg and arm muscles. I can do a great self-massage without tiring my thumbs. It's small, so easy to pack. It's good quality, too, so I anticipate it will last a really long time. Get one!

I purchased the Travel sick in the red color to carry with me on airline travel. I ran the Disney Princess 10K and Half-Marathon weekend in February. About 4 miles into the Half my left calf tightened up. I was able to walk/jog to the finish. I went to the medical tent at the family reunion area and let the PT know what happened. She immediately said get a stick and showed me how to use it. She applied it to the back of my left calf and within 30 seconds she had worked out the tightened muscles. I was back to normal. So, I am now a believer! For the record, if I had run with a stick I bet that I could have worked out the tightness on the course and still had a good race. Live and learn. The stick now goes with me when I travel. Perfect size for the suitcase. My calf muscle thanks me and you will thank yourself too once you use a stick.

Having the ability to quickly roll the muscles in my legs is really nice. This 14 version isn't super long but it's surprisingly effective. I ended up getting a longer one after trying this. It works well.

Works great for working out tight muscles. I keep it at my desk and helps with my hamstrings when they're tight. The length is perfect for travel and I've taken it internationally, fits perfect in my luggage.
