No. The FLASK500 is too large for the SUB45 front pockets. For the SUB45 use the FLASK150 or FLASK250.
Is the FLASK500 dishwasher and freezer safe?
Yes to both. Top-rack dishwasher safe and freezer safe -- the TPU construction holds up through regular freeze and wash cycles. Max operating temperature is 122F.
