How to Take

Dose: 1 pack (8 pills) daily for 21 consecutive days. Follow a cycle of 3 weeks on and 1 week off.

Timing: On training days, take 30–45 minutes before lifting. On rest days, take between meals.

This product makes my stomach turn every time I use it, I love all the other animal stacks except this one. The ingredients are a list of stuff I bet most people never heard of lol and that’s exactly probably why it’s so difficult for the stomach. Anyways I won’t be being this one again.

Mstak is and does everything it says. I have cycled this several times over the years and just finished one recently. Id say the science has improved even better. I dont take the red.
